If the company that is synonymous with the term "fast food," can't take your order directly, nor can it refill the "mandatory use" cashless kiosks with ticket tape that then forces you to pay at the counter, is it even qualified for the title?It's been 2 weeks since my last visit, and the same issues occured on a different machine. No one is at the counter to even help. Wait times are over 10 minutes.The only people served are couriers and drive-thru, which wraps around the building.And no, I haven't been able to get "food" here.Worst. McDonald's. Ever.

If you are doing Doordash or any online order do not come to this store at night. These people are ghetto and so lazy. They don't care thT we are trying to work in a timely fashion for our customers. I went to the pick up line but they were to lazy to walk to the window to give me the order they told me to drive to the second window and they told me to go around a second time when they could have just simply handed me the order. Again they don't want the business so let's not give it to them

Every time I visit this store there's an issue using my points. Right now I have 11262 with some points are about to expire. Why have points and you can't use them ?

The drive thru was packed tighter than a can of sardines. If you do not pay attention while ordering your food, they will automaticatically round up your total. When i asked the cashier at the window, they claimed that they had to do that because they didnt have enough change in the register. That is stealing, and if they was going to steal from me, i know that they will do it to everybody else. 04/02/2024 3:42pm.

I will never buy any food at the freedom drive McDonald's and was told not to come back if I couldn't get it ordered right I tried to order it right the man stood there at the window working on the computer and never turned around I used my horn I did everything to get his attention he still stood there I drove up to the second window she treated me like I was a piece of garbage she got my food and told me if I couldn't get it right don't come back to freedom drive McDonald's don't worry I won't sassy little brat , she needs to learn manners and where her money comes from she better learn the people that come through those lines and order food is her money her mother must have taught her that her money came from a money machine in the basement of McDonald's lol

Make sure to check your kids' food before you leave. I had to drive back around because my hashbrown for my child was cold like it came straight from the freezer. I had to drive back around to get my money back i refuse to get new ones who knows what they might have done to the new food.No apology, no nada.Save your time and effort and go somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru twice for them to get my order after waiting 30 minutes, they gave it to someone else, and tried to argue. Maybe hire people that have atleast an 8th grade

Sat at drive thru waiting to order and the attended skipped our car 3x for the other speaker .... better training and education should be required. Ok heck only use one speaker if they can't multi task. We left. Went to another restaurantWhat a Waste of time.

Humble advise, RUN away and don't even try. The worst environment and atmosphere, from having indigent people sleeping inside the restaurant on the chairs/tables people eat.... The staff was completely a mess, disorganized, and no clue what was happening. The one that seems to be the manager, definitely the worst promotion ever. I waited 17 minutes to get my order, being seated next to the door where the cashier was.... I had to step in the counter ask for my order and they founded sitting in one table and it was just awful.The surroundings are a little crazy, and for what I can tell, the whole thing might be better just to clean the house. The worst experience I had on any McDonalds, and the most not safety one....
