I just used a coupon code at the window for a $2 breakfast sandwich I was notified of the coupon being applied.After ordering I pulled up to the window where the person at the window tries to charge me full price for the sandwich and then proceeds to tell me that the coupon code was only for earning points!!! Someone needs retraining and a better understanding of the mobile deals and point system. I’m sure I’m not the first person that has ran into this issue. I had to go inside and order from the kiosk to receive my sandwich at the correct price.

The Local McDonald supports Roma Insurance Agency. We go there most of the time for our breakfast and the food always good.

Came in for a McFlurry and a sweet tea. That’s it, I waited over 10 mins for it which is ridiculous. Do better!! You got people in here literally doing nothing… the app will tell you within 30 secs your order is ready knowing it’s NOT. I’m literally on my lunch break so I’m highly annoyed now having to wait all this time

So they get my order wrong the first time through the drive through, hey no biggie I'm not far, so I turn around and come back. I let the know the mistake and they correct the mistake I finally get all the way home and guess what? There's a piece of wax paper cooked into my burger.

I ordered online to avoid a wait like one does so please tell me why it took them 30+ minutes to get to me? I stood at the pickup window waiting that entire time and kept being ignored until finally everyone else in the lobby had been served and the guy at the register acted like he could finally see me turns out they lost my order. All I had ordered was a sausage burrito there’s no reason why I should’ve had to deal with all these issues for one item. Shape up.

Compared to some of the other McDonald’s in the area, this one is by far the best! The staff is so friendly it’s like a breath of fresh air! And they always have a great health dept grade. Keep up the good work.

It's a McDonald's. Nothing special. The iced coffee leaves a lot to be desired though where sometimes it's perfect, sometimes too sweet, sometimes doesn't taste sweet at all. No consistency.
