Mean Mug Coffee Company

The one at Northlake Mall is a complete disaster. Every time I go, no one is there and they don't come in for long periods of time, so it's always empty. What's this cafe doing here if I can't find anyone? I wish they'd come with a different brand.🙏🙏

First time coming here! Really nice place and good selection of different drinks , I had a butter pecan frappe and it was good! Found me a new spot!

I ordered an espresso. There were a a few people ahead of me in line that got their drinks, then the person behind me in line received their order. I mentioned my order to the person making the drinks. She rudely said she knows and she will get to my order. More people behind me in line got their drinks. When all the orders were made she made my espresso. The coffee isn’t that good. This employee and her attitude lost the company a return customer.

The 2nd floor coffee shop is closed, so this review is for the 1st floor kiosk under the escalators.

I like the orange creamscicle a lot and I have had it a few times, but I have found that the ingredients are frequently not in stock. Probably 2/3rds of the time the staff does not have the ingredients to make this drink. The inventory control and management needs to improve substantially.

If I could give service no stars I would. Two baristas and it took over 15 mins to get our drinks. Mind you only two ppl in front of us. The gentleman took so long making the drinks bc he was more focused on the conversation he was having with a lady instead of doing his job then once done he started doing the people behind us drinks and the girl took forever to make ours. I literally waiting over 15 mins for mediocre drinks. Smh. Never spending another dime at this place. I told the girl what happened and instead of apologizing she was defensive saying she was making my drinks.

1st floor location Walked over to get a coffee at 6:30 August 12th Store employee told me that they were closed..

I cannot find the website for the kiosk downstairs so I will leave the review here. I apologize in advance. I do not know the young ladies name, but it was her very first day and she was doing great. She was super sweet and kind, and I truly appreciated her patience with my Littles. They can be a bit much when it comes to choosing what they want 😂 in the end our drinks tasted great and the Littles were satisfied. I say that’s a win-win.

Friendly staff and great service. My first time at Mean Mug. Ordered the caramel frappe and it was delicious! Stop by the Mean Mug and get some shopping done as well. Definitely recommend!!

The worst coffee shop ever.
We ordered 4 type of coffee Americano , Cappuccino, Macchiato and a Frapp The first 3 where terrible. No taste of coffee in the drinks. We returned the cups as they are.
The guy that was attending the place was sitting on a chair and his feet were raised and rested on the countertop. Very disgusting.

Ordered two drinks, both were ridiculously sweet. I went back and asked the barista to kindly remake with less sugar, she only topped with frothed milk which made is tasteless and milky. Both cups went straight to trash.

Stopped in for a coffee drink.
The young barista lady made the best machiato I've had in a long time and was very helpful.Thank you very much!

I was at Northlake Mall to pick up my Bath & Body order. My next stop is Mean Mug Coffee for Hot Coco whipped. So good and soothing!

We stopped for what we thought would be a quick breakfast stop, turned into a hour long. Left two of our orders off and we had to ask twice before we finally got them to go. No apology at all. First and last for us.
