DO NOT order on the weekends. This location is HORRIBLE. Prepare to wait hours to just pick up your pizza when there is a game or concert at BOA stadium.

Server Catalyst didn’t bring out all the food I ordered.

Brandon Weaver

Very understaffed or poorly ran. Waited forever for everything.

In town for a concert they have a line around city half of the restaurants tables are empty and dirty. Not seating anyone with empty tables. Bad management for a concert night. A lot of lost revenue for sure.

Compared to others the $8 lunch special is a deal that actually tastes delicious AND fills you up. It's a Higher Order of Pizza

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would.

Tonight’s order started out as an UberEats order (first mistake). The driver ended up taking my order and cancelling when he left to keep the food for himself.

I called Mellow and they explained what happened. The manager, Josh said he’d fire another pizza and have a duplicate order ready for me in less than 10 minutes.

Drove to pick it up, Josh had thrown in two cookies, and gave us a $25 off card for my next order. Crazy part? Comped the pizza. When I called back again to thank him, he let me know that his goal was to make things right and wanted me to have a good experience and good view of the location regardless of who I ordered through. It wasn’t their mistake, but they made it right anyways.

All this to say: if you live in or near uptown Charlotte, make the drive, order through this restaurant and pick it up yourself. These guys are awesome.

Thanks again Josh, you made our night.

Slow but great service!

Serve at Thai location is trash. Do not go here if there is an event in the area.

Made reservations 1.5 hours early. Didn’t get seated for half hour later. Waiting for food 1.5 hours. Don’t come here

I scheduled a party of 20 people for 12/18 at 6p. I booked this on 12/11, a week in advance. I originally booked it with an employee by the name of Kim, followed up and spoke with Santana to modify the party size to 15 people, and spoke with another employee to pre-order the food. I spoke with multiple employees since the 11th (when I originally booked). The day before my party 12/17, I was asked by one of your employees to move my party up 15 to 30 minutes earlier. I agreed and then I told my guest and they said that the original time 6p works better for them. I called the day of my party 12/18 as soon as you opened at 11a and told another employee that the time they wanted me to move it to at 5:45p did not work since I had already told all my guests 6p.. A manager by the name of Tasha then got on the phone and stated that the day I booked my party 12/18 was the same day of their employee party in Concord, and that the time all together did not work because we needed to be out by 6:30p. I told her that was unacceptable! I talk to way too many employees within a weeks time for no one to advise me of an employee party on the same day until the day before, and even then they only mentioned possibly moving the party up not that we had to be out in less than an hour or cancel. didn’t say we had to be out so early. I also advised her that I spoke to multiple employees since 12/11 (when I originally booked) and this is a first that someone’s telling me about the conflicting schedules. This was a major inconvenience to myself as well as all my guests, especially considering we are celebrating an 18th birthday, a huge milestone. Tasha did eventually apologize and explained that Kim had only been there a week or so as an employee. I understand that, however, that does not change how badly the situation was handled. — Also, Tasha stated she would email me her contact information so we are well taken care of in the future. Needless to say, she never sent me her information..

Must say I had a great experience. They something we both liked. Vegan menu and vegetable toppings pizza. Waitress was polite and very helpful. If you're in the Uptown area of Charlotte, NC it's a must visit spot if like great pizza.

Vegetarian options: They also have something for vegans

Food was amazing. Parking is an issue in uptown Charlotte, though. 😒

Dietary restrictions: Their thin crust pizza is fantastic.

This place had the sloooooowest service ever. Almost an hour for 2 small pizzas. The place wasn’t even busy. The beer was warm. I’ve been to a lot of mellow mushrooms and this was unexpectedly terrible.

It's a vibe in there. I love that you can get a small pizza that's is enough for yourself.
