Sharing my experience because the restaurant was extremely under-staffed. I walked in for a pick up order (already 10 mins after when my order was supposed to be ready) and the 3 people in line with me and I received no acknowledgement from staff for about 8 minutes of standing at the empty to-go counter. After about 8 minutes one worker brought an order and called a name and quickly walked away to avoid addressing anyone else in line.
The hostess at the dine in counter right next to us did not acknowledge our presence either, and when someone in the line in front of me asked if someone was going to come help with our orders, she blankly dismissed his question saying she can’t help us and the kitchen is backed up.
Food was great! Just flagging that this kitchen seemed to be incredibly understaffed and I was surrounded by a few very upset customers who said they’d be waiting for over 30 minutes. I felt very lucky to wait for about 20. The server who gave me my order was very apologetic about the wait, which was very nice! They just need more staff!

Does that rude disrespectful manager Greg still work here? Dude has a screw loose. Food here is hit or miss depending who is working but if you have any issues with your order try to avoid having to deal with Greg at all costs.

Really enjoyed the half and half pizza. Got the Maui wowie and Mel Calerone. Both for local specialties. The crust is always exceptional and very soft. All the ingredients were fresh.
Our waitress was kind and apologized that it was taking a bit but it wasn't an issue because they were fairly busy. Great atmosphere and great place for a wonderful pizza. Only reason I removed one star is because I do believe the pizza is great but it was close to $30 for the large. So unfortunately I don't get to go as often as I would like to. In my opinion 22 to $23 is the top out price here

First time going after hearing a lot of hype I thought the atmosphere would be more laid back. Probably the one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The inside was completely dry. Had no moisture whatsoever couldn't even taste the sauce. It was close to being overcooked and all the pieces on the table which probably equal to about at least five. All right about 2 inches of air bubble from the edge towards the middle. Meaning if you order a 10-in pizza you might get five 5 and a half inches of ingredients. I won't be going back
