We never get a bad meal here. Always consistent food and service. However, whoever was manning the grill on 9/30 evening deserves an award! Top tier experience

I had the worst customer service ever at this location . I treated a friend to evening dining , immediately we could feel unwelcome . The waitress very young girl took our order . We repeated more than once what we wanted , as the waitress returned to our table 3 times thereafter asking for repetition of our order. The tea was served with 2 pieces of ice , not cold , we got one napkin and once the order came it was not what we ordered.. I informed the waitress and she stated this is your order. As a courtesy we tried eating the food , it was unfamiliar and not what we wanted. The young waitress appears to be under 20 yrs old never apologized never a friendly smile . Never came back to check on us so we left , tab over $50 waste of money and time . #DONOTEATHERE zero stars for this location , we were the only patrons there , deserved better service or maybe African Americans are not welcome , no worries I won’t be back.

What a great restaurant. Food is delicious, service is amazing especially Diego, he makes everything marvelous and easy! The best Mexican restaurant in Charlotte! No doubt about it! Gracias.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Has outdoor seating. Clean and comfortable. TVs and Bar. AND then there’s the food! Exceptionally good served with a smile and attentive service. Lunch menu has a good selection- a home cooked meal at fast food prices. Highly recommend

Mezcali food is good but they put ENTIRELY TOO MUCH ONIONS IN THEIR VEGETARIAN DISHES. I know it veggies but it overwhelms the meal.

I took my date here based solely on the fact that it has outside seating and they had nice pictures of quesadillas online. The outdoor seating was very nice and quiet, and my date really liked her quesadilla! The server was kind and attentive, the food was great, and we had a really good time.
