Food was fantastic. The "bowls" section on the menu inside the store is not something they can readily make - what I mean is that the menu item named "mezeh chicken" isn't something you can order, it's a combination of ingredients that they can make. So if you want that option, you should request to build a bowl and tell them to add each of those ingredients manually. It's not like Starbucks where you can say your item and they just make it. The food was great, really refreshing and filling. Healthy ingredients. Falafel was good.
The vegan bowl was full of flavor and very filling for $14 via Uber eats. The baklava didn’t taste as fresh (made 9/8) and was a bit frozen. Still enjoyed my meal!

I attempted to get take-out tonight. When I walked in, there was an employee at the counter. She kept looking at me but did not greet me. She was preparing an order, most likely an on line order as there was nobody else in line but me. I just stood there looking up at the menu and she eventually said hello then continued with what she was doing. Another employee came from the kitchen and brought out more food directly in front of where I was standing. She looked at me and didn't say one word and walked away. By this time, I'm looking around to see if there are other employees that may be coming to assist or even tell me someone would be with me shortly. I got nothing. So at this point I've been standing for about 5 mins. I happen to look in another direction and see they have an 88.5 Sanitation Grade. I left immediately thinking they need to at least have good customer service since their grade is so low.. I've been here several times before today and never had an issue. I drove over to their competitor and not sure of I'll ever come back.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we loved it! Food was fresh tasting and very satisfying. There is also a wide variety of toppings to choose from. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

I ordered a bowl for carry out and received maybe 1/4 cup of mixed greens for my base - I’m talking 6 pieces of lettuce max, which I wish was an exaggeration. The bowl was not even halfway full in terms of total food volume. I ordered feta - which there was none of - I ordered eggplant - which there was none of and they subbed a vegetable medley I would have never ordered. I cannot believe this was almost $15.00. Would never order from this location again, especially if this is what you get for the price point.

On multiple occasions that I have gone to this Mezeh location, servers have been rude or flat out refused to acknowledge my presence. I had a server today refuse to respond after saying Hello and asking if he was ready to take my order. Instead, he gave no verbal response, looked at me, and grabbed a stack of printed online orders. He then proceeded to spread them out, one by one, and fulfill them.
I was eventually served by Kofi after walking over to him and asking for help. Kofi appears to be the most consistent bright spot of this team. He was attentive, answered my questions, and was kind.
Once Kofi filled my order, the original server appeared to change his tune and verbally greeted the 3 white female customers who came in after me and proceeded with taking their orders.

The food tasted amazing, and the employee that we interacted with was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our first visit to mezeh fantastic! The food is very filling and taste great as leftovers too. I really enjoyed the cucumber soda! I would highly recommend building your own bowl/wrap as a first timer as I was able to just pick out things I liked to make up my meal. I usually hate salads, but I made my bowl up out of a base of white rice and spinach and it was still amazing. I walked away upset that Mezeh doesn't have any locations near me yet!

BUYER BEWARE: this restaurant called DoorDash and cancelled our entire order because a couple items were unavailable. Instead of just removing/refunding the 2 items from the order? Seriously?
The Dasher was already on his way delivering the food that was prepared but the restaurant took it upon themselves to inconvenience us and have us reorder everything.
Then they cancelled the reorder too!! Calling the store gets you sent to voicemail. I guess they don't want my money. The food sure looks good, too bad they won't let me order some.
