Midtown tavern was such a great time !! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and bbq wings and staff was super nice !! Will definitely be going again

I came here for a show during pride a few weeks ago. We were sat at the bar, and none of the servers are bartenders, even acknowledge us for the first 30 minutes. Everyone around us had appetizers and entrées, and we didn’t even have a glass of water sitting in front of us. I finally brought it to the attention of the host of the party who made the bartenders aware that needed to take our order. So 30 minutes later, they finally took our order, only for us to be rung up for something that was priced differently on the menu. We did end up getting a refund from a manager with an attitude, but I also think it’s important to note that we were 2 of about 5 Black people that even attended that show. The servers and bartenders were mostly black and Latina, which makes this experience even worse(but not surprising unfortunately) I’m usually very lenient and understanding of people who work in the service industry, but this was pretty blatant discrimination, and it really kind of set the tone for the rest of the night. On top of that, the building was having some sort of plumbing issue so the toilets wouldn’t flush. So there was just piss and toilet paper sitting in the toilet for like 2 hours.

Worst experience ever we came and sat down and didn’t have anybody come to our table in over 10 minutes. Manager and serves passed by and everything until I asked for a manager and he came back after walking past us multiple times and says theyre short staffed which is not a problem at all and I understand but the professional thing to do is not sit the guests until your servers are ready or at least accommodate the guests with something for the unprofessionalism. Don’t come here ❤️

I was just visiting north carolina for a marykay seminar. We stopped in for dinner. It was quiet at the time we went in. I had an amazing salad with house made raspberry vinegarette dressing. One of the best I've eaten. I definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out if you're in the area.

Atmosphere was a vibe, loved the spaciousness and the music that was playing. We sat at the bar and watched the game. Food was delicious and the service was great definitely will be going back.
Everything was great. The young lady was really helpful. I got an app, a coke and the wings. Really good food. It was a little expensive. 43 bucks out the door.

We ordered a drink and it was kool aid. When we asked to replace it we were met with a nonchalant attitude from manager. I ended up paying for something that we did not consume .....but we all know how this works. Ate here before but this is a new animal. Stay away. Far more better options. People deserve better than this sub par restaurant. 5 pm had 6 people 🤷🏻♂️. Great news is that will be our last experience there

Waitress was great. Charged an automatic tip since there were 6 of us despite asking for separate checks. 😕 Food is average at best. I think we were the only table eating. Four or five tables playing backgammon
