4.5 stars. Fresh sushi. Tuna tartar on point, and the squid was delicious. Bought 6 different rolls and split them between 4 people. Nice environment, the server was on point. Delicious.

We went based on reviews. It turns out bad...Customer service was good but the food are bad. We ordered squid karaage, the squid was dry and chewy like they been in the freezer for a long time, the batter is thick and dry. The tori karaage was like rock, the chicken inside is soft but the batter is not good. Sushi was OK, shrimp teriyaki was OK but does not worth the prize since I see more vegies than shrimps. I ordered Spicy Miso Ramen but did not expected it to be super spicy so they were very nice to switch it to the reg miso Ramen for me but the only thing that taste good in that bowl of Ramen was corns, the noodle is OK, the egg are bad and the pork are a bit salty. Overall, does not worth the money, especially those karaage plates, for $10 I would expect it to be a little better.
One time and done.
Little advise, order 1 - 2 dishes first see if you like it first.

The food is excellent and always on point. It has become our family’s go to place for sushi. Cocktails are well prepared and good selection of beers and spirits. Service is generally good and only once we had a mediocre server that would forget to check in on us. For this of us that like to eat at the bar, there are plenty of seats, however not many people do so and you end up solo without talking to anyone.. so basically, it’s a great place overall but the ambiance is not a thing here.

We went based on the reviews. Unfortunately sushi did not meet our expectation at all. We ordered Omakase premium nigiri. The Nigiris were the tinniest I’ve ever seen. It also came with a roll with hard, unflavored rice and the chef didn’t even bother to cut the pieces even…. 2 stars for service and squid karage. There are many better sushi places in town.
Went there for a birthday dinner and everything was fabulous! The service was great and the atmosphere fun! 10/10 would go again!

Last night we went to Miku as we were shopping in the area. We were greeted warmly by the staffs and seated at the table of our choice. Ordered Lychee Martini, and started with Takoyaki, Kani salad, and baked Mussels. We had steak, salmon Teriyaki, pork Katsu and Salmon Supreme roll. Food were on point, great portion and superb. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we got what we needed at all times. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely come back for more!

Went to check out Miku tonight! We got three speciality rolls including the Panther roll, Salmon Supreme, and the Surf&Turf. We really loved the first two and liked the Surf&Turf just okay. That is my fault as my original thought was I don't love sushi so maybe steak on top would make it better but I ended up LOVING the fish on top and not loving the steak. As steak doesn't go great on top of sushi in my most recent opinion. The vibe of the restaurant was lovely and it was quite busy. Definitely recommend the panther roll as it rocked! We will be back soon to try some more!!!

This was absolutely delightful. A little high for lunch, but I feel it’s consistent with other places. I’ve tried sushi at every corner in Charlotte and this is going on my top 5 list!

We love this place. It’s cozy and the ambience is so relaxed and peaceful.
It’s in a hidden shopping center, so we call it a hidden gem, but this is one of the best Sushi/Japanese restaurants that we have been to.
I just read a couple of reviews that gave 1 star to the restaurant and I do not think that’s good, and I do not think this is fair to the owner and the team. And after all good and great reviews by other customers?
Imagine if you own a restaurant or any business and someone reviews you bad? Think about it and how that would make you feel and how that would affect your business or how would you continue providing good business practice?
Support others and you will be supported by others too. What comes around goes around. Unless you want to put this business down and that’s what you are aiming to do.
We will be coming back and will continue supporting this place.

The Sushi and Sashimi were not fresh at all. You can tell the quality is not good from your eye. Plus our server never show up after we ordered. Not planning go back again:(
