Typically love this boba place but today was one of the worst experience to date. We walked in and didn’t even get greeted the young lady at the cash register stared at us with out saying a word for about 3 mins before WE had to be the ones to greet her. The drinks themselves were very subpar and even though we asked for extra boba got less than we usually get. Drinks had no flavor and tasted like watery milk. All of the benches were broken and the wood pinches your legs when you sit in it.This place used to be great until they got new employees. Would no longer recommend.

One of my favorite after-dinner dessert stops 🖤 I do wish they still had the small sizes for their fruit drinks; I go a little less often now because of how expensive the larger sizes are. But the staff are really friendly and it’s always delicious.

Milk Cha Cha has quickly become one of my favorite bubble tea spots! The milk tea is rich and creamy without being overly sweet, and the tea flavor still shines through beautifully. The tapioca pearls are consistently chewy and fresh—never hard or soggy.

They also offer great variety with fun flavors and toppings, so there’s something for everyone. The drinks are presented nicely, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming—perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a quick treat.

If you’re a bubble tea lover, Milk Cha Cha is definitely worth trying. It’s refreshing, delicious, and always leaves me wanting to come back for another cup!

Was passing through when my children and their friend wanted boba. This was our first time as we’re from out of state. Ordered 3 drinks and I should’ve ordered myself one because it was delicious! Would recommend. They were excited about the popping boba with the fresh fruit chunks it was refreshing and honestly not bad of a price. Drinks were $6.75 each!

This is one of our favorite boba of all time. We keep going back to it no matter how many other places we go to.

Great boba awesome staff

I was pleasantly surprised to find proper milk tea in Charlotte. And this place doesn't disappoint. The selection of options is vast and the service is friendly and fast.

I did find the boba to be not as soft (almost like they were boiled a while ago and not as fresh as I wanted) and the drink even at 50% sugar was quite sweet. I think next time I will go for 25%. This is especially necessary if you add boba, since Boba is often boiled in honey so that sugar level cannot be adjusted.

Anyways, I'm overall happy, was a bit disappointed about the tapioca pearls.

We drove 20 minutes with the whole family specifically to this location because it’s supposed to stay open later on Fridays and Saturdays. According to the posted hours, you’re open until 10 PM. We arrived at 9:50 PM, only to find the store already completely closed—lights off, doors shut, no one inside.

Why advertise extended hours if you’re not actually going to honor them? It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when families make an effort to come out late expecting service. Please update your hours or make sure your staff follows the posted schedule.

Service was lackluster. Employees were not enthused. Told them it was my first time, gave no recommendations and zero energy, until I came back for a refund. The matcha was brown and the drink was literally just thrown together vs actually prepared in the way I’ve seen boba prepared at other boba places and it was lacking flavor very watery. I got the strawberry matcha with strawberry poppers. Do not recommend.

This place has a good drinks I love some and some of it I don’t. The only complaint I have is the dirty the bathroom I understand it’s only one bathroom for everyone 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏻‍♀️👶 employee etc and the seating area is dirty as well 😕 they have to clean the place. I don’t want to imagine the inside. 😳

Service was very quick it took roughly 30-45 seconds to get the drink after ordering, it was moderately expensive for a drink at about $5-$7 a drink but it’s definitely worth it, would come again.

The employees are very friendly but overall this boba place SUCKS!!!

I’ve went twice , the first time I had a milk swirl drink… it was straight up milk with a hint of boba …. Second time I had the strawberry matcha & IT TASTED TERRIBLE , the match wasn’t good , and the drink was watered down , the strawberry purée was okay but the boba wasn’t enough to even save the drink .

Always a have a great experience here, I love the fruity mango tea with lychee popping boba but today I tried the chocolate tea with boba and Oreo pieces. They even have games to set up and play with friends in store.

One of the best spots in south Charlotte for boba tea. Good ube/taro options. Nice atmosphere with board and card games available to play. Was very-well made. Friendly service.
