So upset from this experience. For the size of the cup there was barely any boba or enough brown sugar syrup. It was basically milk with a slight flavour. And I drove far out to get there. Do better!

these kids working here didn’t let my 8month pregnant self use the bathroom….?? Saying it’s for employees only? Hello use common sense you’re serving food and drinks you need to let people use the bathroom!!! And after telling you I’m pregnant? Pls retrain with common sense!!!

been here 10ish times, authentic rich tea, fav boba (soaked in brown sugar & chewy), vast & best fruit tea variety (trust, ik), option to pay for extra matcha or ube scoops, and favs are rose oolong tea (not milk tea) and ube latte.

Just went in and experienced terrible customer service. Was placing an order for 3 drinks and one had a sesame and peanut allergy so I simply asked them if that was ok and she said “I think so” and I said are you 100% sure that there will be no cross contamination with anything and they simply shrugged and said “no I can’t be sure.” Then I asked if they could possibly contact a manager to ask (either by text or phone call because a manager was not present in store) and they said they couldn’t. Then, to clarify (because I wasn’t sure if it was a matter of the employees just not understanding), I asked if they could just use new utensils and a new blender when making the drink with allergies and again they shrugged and said no. The employee was genuinely just being so rude and held an attitude the whole. The drinks were good tho but we had to cancel the order with allergies.

We asked for 25% sugar, but it seemed like the flavor was also cut to 25%. Both of our drinks tasted like watered down milk with a hint of tea flavor. Very disappointed ☹️

They gypped me on the flavor/syrup. Just served me a glass of milk with boba. Ordered the mango milk swirl tea, and barely got a single sip of very mild mango flavor. Disgusting.

The drinks was tasty, and the kids liked it, but there was an unpleasant situation — the kids weren’t given $7 in change because like they have a rule that they don’t give change. It felt like they were deceived, which is very unfair and mean, especially towards children. Please pay attention to such behavior and make sure this doesn’t happen again!

The boba here is really hard, maybe it’s been frozen and thawed too many times over but I didn’t like it I kept spitting it out to see if there was something hard or crunchy in the pearls. The milk tea flavors are strong and good but this last time I noticed it was a little watered down, even though I get it with no ice. That’s not really a big deal though my biggest problem was the hard boba balls. There was yellow crust inside of one and I saved it to take a picture but I can’t find it. I did take a cute picture here at least!

Boba saved my life. Thats right you’re reading this correctly. The lady who works the front desk, her name was Alessa if I remember correctly, saved my life. I was comatose in my bed for 5 months then woke up by sheer miracle. There was only one thing on my mind: I have to get boba. I drove around aimlessly with no purpose in life, until, I FOUND THE BOBA JOINT FROM MY DREAMS!!! This waitress has a poetry in motion!!!!!!!!!! DRINKS 10/10 BOBA 10/10 Ever since I have been waking up with excitement everyday, the sparkle has returned to my eye, all thanks to the kind lady working the boba shop, Alessa. 🧋🧋🧋

The drinks were tasty but the boba pearls were hard and chewy. To me, boba is a part of the experience and has to be good. The service was good. There is like two tables in the store and may be a table for two outside. The store was pretty clean. All the drinks tasted great except for the Thai Milk tea. It was strongly flavored Thai Tea. Had the boba been softer, this place would have been one of my favorites.
