The drinks were tasty but the boba pearls were hard and chewy. To me, boba is a part of the experience and has to be good. The service was good. There is like two tables in the store and may be a table for two outside. The store was pretty clean. All the drinks tasted great except for the Thai Milk tea. It was strongly flavored Thai Tea. Had the boba been softer, this place would have been one of my favorites.
I had a terrible experience today with the staff . Vania was extremely unpleasant in her attitude and approach. She was very standoffish and downright aggressive and rude which resulted in me never wanting to go to this establishment which I had looked forward to daily . You lost a long time customer . I asked for a refund as I no longer felt comfortable in our interactions she proceeded to give me the wrong email which I had her write down so that I could not contact owners to receive refund . I would like ownership to call me regarding my experience today.

Great boba place in the South Charlotte area! Highly recommend the Hong Kong Milk Tea. The packaging is very cute and convenient to carry on the go. Location is also convenient and accessible. The claw machine looks like fun and there is a lot of cute merch on display for sale. Service is fast and extremely welcoming. The menu is very diverse and varied.

Amazing boba, and this is my favorite boba place along with Gong Cha :) The decor is cute and fun, and the boba has lots of interesting add ins and flavors!! There is also a fun claw machine to get plushies and you can also buy plushies as well. I got the mango tornado with lychee jelly and it tasted great!! ☺️

Customer service was terrible. They charge extra for boba and put very little boba in the cups we ordered, and when I asked for extra boba, the lady said she would need to charge extra for it while she had already charged for the little boba that she put in our cups to begin with. I have never had that experience in any other boba place. I didn’t appreciate the exchange and won’t be going here again. Highly recommend you find yourself another place where they don’t nickel and dime you.

Service was poor, no hello or anything. The girl behind the desk seriously lacked at making the place feel welcoming. Barely any eye contact was made and when I had to return a drink because I found a hair in it they were annoyed that they had to make another one ?
