Great little spot. Never tried Boba before and it was so good. The two girls working tonight were so sweet. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely disappointing, beyond words. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to. First of all, how is it possible that on a Monday you don’t have boba? That’s literally your star ingredient. And it’s not just that day , every single time I’ve come, it’s the same story.
I had a good experience at the Providence location, so I honestly thought this one would be similar… huge mistake. It was terrible from start to finish. To make things worse, they messed up the drinks: they added sugar to the one that was supposed to be sugar-free and didn’t add sugar to the one that actually needed it. When I complained, the employee was extremely rude, insisting that what she did was correct. She eventually remade the drink, but with a horrible attitude.
On top of that, they didn’t have fries, I asked for mango , they didn’t have it. Honestly, they had nothing. The lack of ingredients is ridiculous.
And let’s talk about the atmosphere… only two tables? Seriously? The place feels empty, uncomfortable, and poorly thought out.
Overall: terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible atmosphere. Completely disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely delicious boba tea! My typical go to is the mango yakult with strawberry popping boba at 50% sweetness, but I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered!

The Hong Kong Milk Tea was straight up tea and nothing more. It had no taste. A true watered down disappointment!

A very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot black sesame latte and it was basically milk. They also up-charged for it to be hot, only for my drink to be lukewarm. Lukewarm milk and no boba.😞

So upset from this experience. For the size of the cup there was barely any boba or enough brown sugar syrup. It was basically milk with a slight flavour. And I drove far out to get there. Do better!

these kids working here didn’t let my 8month pregnant self use the bathroom….?? Saying it’s for employees only? Hello use common sense you’re serving food and drinks you need to let people use the bathroom!!! And after telling you I’m pregnant? Pls retrain with common sense!!!
been here 10ish times, authentic rich tea, fav boba (soaked in brown sugar & chewy), vast & best fruit tea variety (trust, ik), option to pay for extra matcha or ube scoops, and favs are rose oolong tea (not milk tea) and ube latte.

Just went in and experienced terrible customer service. Was placing an order for 3 drinks and one had a sesame and peanut allergy so I simply asked them if that was ok and she said “I think so” and I said are you 100% sure that there will be no cross contamination with anything and they simply shrugged and said “no I can’t be sure.” Then I asked if they could possibly contact a manager to ask (either by text or phone call because a manager was not present in store) and they said they couldn’t. Then, to clarify (because I wasn’t sure if it was a matter of the employees just not understanding), I asked if they could just use new utensils and a new blender when making the drink with allergies and again they shrugged and said no. The employee was genuinely just being so rude and held an attitude the whole. The drinks were good tho but we had to cancel the order with allergies.

We asked for 25% sugar, but it seemed like the flavor was also cut to 25%. Both of our drinks tasted like watered down milk with a hint of tea flavor. Very disappointed ☹️
