The donuts are nice, but the service is horrible. The wait times are a lil too long and staff can be rude.

Went here for a quick lunch today and upon making it back to my office and taking a bite of my food I found I was eating broken plastic. The people were lovely and I’m sure the food tastes great but this is unsafe and I was greatly disappointed.

I don’t do well with caffeine, so I appreciate their Golden Milk which is a nice uncaffeneited, warm beverage option. Sweetness level is adjustable
The size of this cinnamon roll is embarrassing. It’s tiny. For $6. That alone would’ve been disappointing even if it tasted amazing, which it didn’t. It was dry, dense, unenjoyable. Completely overpriced and not even close to worth it. Honestly, it's embarrassing they even served this.

I’ve been UberEating the same meal from MILKBREAD for TWO YEARS and for two years, I have zero complaints. Fresh crinkle fries, the best nuggz, yummy coffee, that dang MILKBREAD sauce, and the one item that has kept me in an ABSOLUTE CHOKEHOLD: those gahhhh dayummm CINNAMON ROLLS WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING. Anyone who has a negative review can take it up with their poor pallet and inability to acknowledge greatness. I’ve tried everything off the menu. MILKBREAD stays the powerhouse hangover staple. The food quality has been bulletproof consistent. I don’t know anyone affiliated to this restaurant.. I’m genuinely just a fan and a bit autistic. Thanks MILKBREAD. <3 a devout cinny roll disciple

Don’t look to get your order in a timely or orderly manner (this is an ongoing problem at the uptown location). My friend and I ordered the same food item with me being second and two other customers behind me. Everyone got their orders , including the online orders before me. My wait for my orders was close to 10 minutes afterwards (might have been a longer wait if the cashier did not go see what was the hold) . The fries were old and cold, the chicken strips were the size of chicken nuggets. Very disappointing!

This is a generous 2 star rating. Ordered the OG sandwich to go like many times before and my guess is that I got yesterday's chicken that's been left out overnight. Dry, stringy, weirdly chewy, cold. I'll stick to the Davidson location if I'm giving it another chance.

Um… a lot has changed in a bad way. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and the Hot Dip sandwich was cold, chicken wasn’t breaded— what little breading that was on there, was soggy. The Mac and cheese has also changed for the worst. It used to be a “textured” white cheddar that I enjoyed, now it tastes equivalent to Velveeta. This place used to be phenomenal.

I ordered spicy nuggets and fries for lunch. Didn’t get my fries. Order was over 35 minutes late from pickup time. Nuggets are drenched in buffalo sauce to the point the box is collapsing. Staff is nice but clearly understaffed.

This milk bread location is terrible. Nothing on the staff - the ladies who work here are very kind.
Anyways, I went once a few months ago & ordered an iced vanilla latte, but it was too bitter for me & also was $7 or $8.
I went again today and got a hot vanilla latte & their sourdough bagel. Here are 3 things that went wrong:
1. The bagel is $4 & an extra $1 for cream cheese making it $5. A ready made bagel & cream cheese for $5??? The same price as a simple latte???
2. The wait time between getting my coffee & getting my bagel was atrocious. I got my hot latte as soon as I paid & got my bagel 10 mins later. I literally drank 3/4 of my latte by the time I got my bagel.
3. The bagel was terrible. I got an everything bagel & the seasonings kept sticking to my fingers. And I had to eat it like that because i was scared they wouldve gotten stuck in the crevices of my teeth & they 100% would have if I bit into it. Not to mention, the bagel was SOOO chewy. I could barely rip it with my hands. It didn’t look toasted, so if they didn’t toast it, why did it take 10 mins to come out??
With night swim & other coffee shops nearby, yeah you won’t see me at milkbread ever again. I’m surprised they’re still standing.
Bad coffee, missing half the menu, and forgot our not worth waiting for and dry chicken biscuit when we ordered - and made us pay for it when we flagged it their mistake?? Aside from a stale setting already, just would not recommend

The coffee is good but the food takes FOREVER. I waited 30 minutes for a salad...a salad! And when I finally got it and took it back to my office, there was no dressing and the chicken (that I paid extra for) was refrigerator cold. I will NOT go back there for food. Extremely disappointed.

Milkbread employees are wonderful and friendly. Like their food but be prepared to be patient during breakfast and lunch times as this is a popular place. Some of their sandwich servings are small but so delicious. Always enjoy my food and service at this location. Milk chocolate donut is my go to snack/stress reliever.

The best, best, best BLT I've had. I can't recommend it enough. So good I finished it before I thought to take a picture.
