I’m addicted to this food truck. It’s located on the corner of South Blvd and Archdale Drive. It’s in the corner of a 76 gas station parking lot. I ALWAYS order the mini tacos (not the Gringo style) with cilantro, onions, and the hot sauce. The sauce is indeed spicy and brings the tacos to life. I need to branch out and order something else, but I like what I like. LOL!
It looked like your average Mexican restaurant, but Morazan Resturant is anything but! I got the Bistec Encebollado. The authenticity in the dish was overwhelming. The steak was nice and crisp on the outside and a good amount of chewy on the inside. It was cooked exquisitely, and full of flavor. Additionally, the sides all worked together beautifully. The onions on the steak were rich, sweet, and deeply golden brown. The rice intertwined with the beans gracefully. I made two tacos...
I love this food truck! I came with my girlfriend and we ordered the deal that they had for a quesadilla for $5 and a Philly for $5! We went with that and we were both surprised by how big of a portion we got and the chips included in that price! We loved it absolutely will be back!
