Overpriced, $65 for 1 hour is ridiculous. Plus speaker noise inside the room that can't be switched off. Shower is extra charge of course.
In comparison, 8 hour stay in the terminal hotel in Seoul with full amenities is $68 total.
You are supposed to get 1 hour with the parody pass but they won't give you a blanket unless you stay for two. So it's pretty worthless if you want to get some sleep with a blanket that they won't get you

I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted people to know the quality of service. One of the staff members was very rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t give me access to the bathrooms even though I was an overnight stay, but the other staff member was very sweet and helpful. The room itself was good but overpriced. Also there is lots of construction happening nearby and around the suites so be careful of that.
Flight ran 10 minutes late, sign was up saying no one there. Waited for 15 minutes. When they came back, said they had given my room away. Nice enough place, but need better staffing.

This is such a fantastic idea to have in an airport. Having a place to lie down and get away from the hustle and noise of the rest of the place can really do wonders for getting your mind straight.
The front desk was really nice. Reservation and check in is easy.
The rooms are about what you would expect - they are small. There is a desk, a couch, and the bottom comes out as a trundle. So if you're a couple, you can't sleep at the same level. We managed to sleep a family of 4 here creatively.
The bathroom, for whatever reason, was constantly closed. And the showers were broken.
The price is high, but you don't have to leave the airport, go through security, get an uber, and all that noise.
Amidst a cancelled flight and a seven hour layover, Tomeka was the most warm and welcoming person I’ve come across in my travels. She has excellent customer service, a beautiful smile, and such an intense kindness everything else melted away. I didn’t feel like I was in an airport; I wasn’t worried or stressed. I found a nice, quiet place to relax in the middle of all the chaos because of Tomeka!

The woman that checked me in at 10pm on 7/10 could not have been nicer.
My flight was delayed for hours and I got to relax in peace. Worth the money .

Nice and quiet, great air conditioning and white noise machine built-in
No bathrooms though
Stay here every time I connect in CLT. Was told I couldn’t use the restroom for the first time ever. Last time I will stay here and disappointed in the lack of customer service. It’s one thing if there isn’t a toilet….there is no add-on to use the “toilet.” You should probably consider separating the two so people don’t have to leave their oasis just to use the restroom.

Worth every penny for a long layover when you want quiet, outlets that are all yours for charging, and a nap.

Before 11 pm, the lady checked me in is rude, night shift lady is polite, one couch with blanket and pillows for one person to nap.
Stayed here overnight after an earlier flight delay rerouted us to Charlotte. This was a much easier option than leaving for a hotel only to come back early and deal with security, or trying to sleep in a chair somewhere. It wasn't 5-star accommodations, but it was great for what we needed. I was extremely thankful for the option. The space was clean, and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Next time I find myself in this situation, I will happily stay again.
Was told that my priority pass was no good here, I have it thru capital one. Website just states that there are priority pass discounts and a free hour. Employee was friendly but still not good especially after a red eye with a layover.
Re: Ok, but NEED check receipt!!! Mine contained additional item I got charged for. Resolved, but it took a good effort to get my money back and ran risk of missing my flight connection.
Super rude attendant. Left me waiting several minutes while talking and laughing with a coworker. Finally came to me unsmiling and unfriendly and asked if I had a reservation in a condescending tone. This was at 6 am and multiple suite doors were open and I saw no other customers inside. She then said it would be a 10 minute wait. I think she just wanted to go back to getting paid to do nothing instead of helping me. Why do people like this get and stay in customer facing jobs? Minute Suites CLT - please retrain or fire your rude workers, and please do better at hiring people who want to help.
