Stay here every time I connect in CLT. Was told I couldn’t use the restroom for the first time ever. Last time I will stay here and disappointed in the lack of customer service. It’s one thing if there isn’t a toilet….there is no add-on to use the “toilet.” You should probably consider separating the two so people don’t have to leave their oasis just to use the restroom.

Worth every penny for a long layover when you want quiet, outlets that are all yours for charging, and a nap.

Before 11 pm, the lady checked me in is rude, night shift lady is polite, one couch with blanket and pillows for one person to nap.

Stayed here overnight after an earlier flight delay rerouted us to Charlotte. This was a much easier option than leaving for a hotel only to come back early and deal with security, or trying to sleep in a chair somewhere. It wasn't 5-star accommodations, but it was great for what we needed. I was extremely thankful for the option. The space was clean, and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Next time I find myself in this situation, I will happily stay again.

Was told that my priority pass was no good here, I have it thru capital one. Website just states that there are priority pass discounts and a free hour. Employee was friendly but still not good especially after a red eye with a layover.

Re: Ok, but NEED check receipt!!! Mine contained additional item I got charged for. Resolved, but it took a good effort to get my money back and ran risk of missing my flight connection.

Super rude attendant. Left me waiting several minutes while talking and laughing with a coworker. Finally came to me unsmiling and unfriendly and asked if I had a reservation in a condescending tone. This was at 6 am and multiple suite doors were open and I saw no other customers inside. She then said it would be a 10 minute wait. I think she just wanted to go back to getting paid to do nothing instead of helping me. Why do people like this get and stay in customer facing jobs? Minute Suites CLT - please retrain or fire your rude workers, and please do better at hiring people who want to help.

Vision X

Intro: I use a lot of minute suites especially for overnight flights but this one was the worst.

Pros:
-there was space available

Cons:
-the girl at the front desk around 10:40 AM this day had a bad attitude. She don’t listen very well, had to communicate with her multiple times, and she acted like she didn’t want to be there
-the bathroom was disgusting ?. Normally minute suites are a lot cleaner but the toilet was gross and there was water all over the floor. If the girl at the counter put as much effort to cleaning the bathroom as she had attitude that place would be a lot better.

Conclusion: I don’t recommend this particular minute suite. If you have a stop at this location, good luck.

50 dollars an hour and the rooms didn't come with a pillow or blanket. There was no bathroom either, had to use the public one. Total ripoff

It was definitely a good location to have a great nap when needed, like cases of missed flights.
However, the receptionist told me that the shower ? at this location was not working, and I could only use the shower if I booked at the atrium location at the airport. I would advise that the staff always inform new customers of a list of services available aside from the bedding service.

Also, there should be some frequent discounts and considerations to slightly reduce the $50/hr service

Stylist did not listen to my wants and needs left without the haircut I wanted. First time she was great and listened same person did not do as I requested and I left feeling dissatisfied

They didn't have any rooms available and the woman at desk was not one bit helpful, the other location in airport was completely closed up, there was no one there to help

I think this is a great option for people who want to either take a break during the day or even spend the night without having to deal with coming back to the airport for an early flight in the morning. The staff was really sweet and we had a wonderful stay.

Rigs filthy. seen roaches bathroom door broke so anyone can walk in, unsafe. Manger is unprofessional and rude to her workers and this is why she can’t keep any workers. Unorganized, don’t do inventory and doesn’t show her supervisor knows nothings because she scared she will know to much and she hiding a lot that no one check her work Her cycle is the same old cycle for a reason I hope you have the supervisor do more go over things with her so she don’t keeps doing what she wants and getting away with it. HR never answers. They pay these people just to have titles no one really working!!!
