We went in for my daughter's birthday due to her love of their edamame. Unfortunately, they recently changed the recipe much to the worse. While the other food was good, the wait was ridiculous. Our server was very gracious, but despite having reservations for our party of six, and their only being six other tables with guests at a mostly empty restaurant, from the time we were seated until our meals came out was almost a one hour wait. We had no appetizers or side dishes: just entrees. I cannot imagine what the wait for food must be like on a busy night.

Mizu is absolutely amazing! From the comped valet, to the delicious drinks, to the fantastic food! Each visit feels like a new experience. Love the new dishes and the music sets the perfect vibe for date night or dinner with friends. 10/10 recommend

The food was awful. For what you pay the portions are tiny. The ramen bowl was inedible and the lobster roll was so fishy. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant on a Friday which we found odd. We had a party of 6 and everyone felt the same way. We left there and went and got pizza. We spent $200 on a terrible meal. Service was great though I will say.

We have always loved this place. Unfortunately they changed their menu and despite spending $200 on the meal, we left hungry. Only four options for sushi rolls and none were appealing. Also, it was a Friday night and the place was relatively empty. I guess others don't like the new menu either!

We were looking forward to a great date night here- great views of Charlotte and had heard great things, but service took over 45 minutes for our server to see us to order a drink. Food came out slowly and then all at once. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu and nothing stood out. The manager did replace one of the items for us that had no flavor. Happy we tried it, but we'll spend that money somewhere else next time.

The ambience was lovely and the valet was very nice when we got there. We came for my friend's Birthday. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. The waitress was prompt and respectful. I had the oysters for appetizer. The Steak and Brussels sprouts were my favorite. I would definitely visit again the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. When it's warmer outside I'd love to eat on the balcony. Be prepared to pay $40-70 for full experience.

Great food and hospitality! Really enjoyed the sushi and robata grilled items (salmon and miso cod). Don't sleep on the French fries...fun appetizer!

My wife and I have been coming to Mizu for some time now. I can honestly say it has become one of our favorite restaurants! Max, the GM, has been a gracious host and extremely accommodating. The service has been excellent and the food more than one can expect, especially given the seasonal rotation of the menu. We plan on continuing to enjoy the constant, and delicious, evolution of the experience. Well done!

Incredible food. We went for Valentines day and went back again to take my grandmother, both times we were blown away. The views of Southpark are very nice, the atmosphere is great, and you have to try the grilled oysters (we ended up getting a 2nd order for dessert)
