AMAZING ! Mizu is one of my favorite places in CLT. Incredible service from staff and management. Celebrated my friends birthday and they made it so unforgettable and special. Food was beyond delicious. We did the Osusume tasting menu and loved every single dish which were prepared beautifully ! I highly recommend this gorgeous place !!

The service was really bad.. the server seemed lost.. he never came to take orders for drinks.. we had to then get up from our table and walk over to the bar to again wait 15 minutes to get 2 drinks.. he the. took food order after 44 minutes and never refilled waters or the second round of drinks never came. we didn't have silverware at our table which we got after asking 3 times to 3 different t servers. even after we booked the table in advance we were seated at a terrible table facing the wall. there did t seem to be any consideration on the occasion as it was a birthday celebration. Food was good but by the time the food came we were frustrated and did not enjoy it. Overall big disappointment and waste of money and a lovely saturday evening

Wonderful food and overall experience. Drinks were great. Service was a little slow because the waiter was overwhelmed. Probably not unusual for a Saturday evening. The Kyoto Key Lime drink was great! The Tiger, Lemon Drop and Spider rolls are a must have! We will definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations! Will definitely go back. Great service, food was excellent, and loved the vibe. I do hope they're planning to fix the loud AC unit that's rattling and a bit disruptive, but otherwise flawless experience.

The service was the main detractor from our experience. I can only attribute this to an extreme shortage of wait staff. After being seated it was over 50minutes before we received our cocktail order. It took some time to get our first appetizer. While we enjoyed our time at this venue, the long service gaps detracted from our evening.

The food was amazing; however, it's pricey. It was my birthday dinner and I clearly marked on the reservation that I was gluten and dairy free. The waitress brought me out a complimentary piece of cheesecake (that wasn't gluten or dairy free). I guess points for trying?
Customer service was 5 stars all around ! Our server Jason was attentive , polite and suggested great food options ! We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a hand signed card by the staff , gave us a sparkling drink and small plate to make our experience top tier ! We are so impressed and highly recommend this outstanding restaurant! And the rooftop views and sunset were so memorable! We will be back !

Great date night. We even got the grilled sea bass complements of the chef and let me tell you it was delicious! Our waitress (can't remember her name but she said that she had just moved to Charlotte) was so polite and informative. Manager (who brought us the complimentary fish) was friendly then and on our way out. Food was really tasty and great rooftop views of the sunset. So happy to have places such as this in south Charlotte that don't require the hassle of going uptown or to Southend for a nice night out. We can't wait to return!

Everything we had was great. Lemon drop roll and the sea bass were definitely the best things we ate, but loved all our choices. Our server, Dani, was excellent. Helped us pace out the meal comfortably and provided excellent service and wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back.
