Amazing atmosphere! The food is excellent. I was stationed in South Korea for 3 years, and trying to find good Korean food in the US is difficult, but MOA did not disappoint.

This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Korean restaurant. We went for a weekend lunch moments after they opened. Staff saw that we were in the lobby, but it took a while for anyone to come get us and they didn’t seem happy to have a customer. The server definitely didn’t want to be there. We waited about 30 mins for food and my husband’s food was lukewarm so it had clearly been sitting for a long time. Neither of our dishes were very good. We would have told the server except she was nowhere to be seen for another 30 mins. We finally flagged the manager down to ask for our check. We told the manager that my husband’s food was lukewarm and he was apologetic. When the server brought us our bill, she gave us cupcakes to make up for the lukewarm food but his entree wasn’t comp’d. The cupcakes were stale. The plus side? It’s very beautiful in there! Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the experience. I’m one of the few Korean-Americans in Charlotte and I won’t be going back there.

Food and service was incredible! Wasn't busy on a Thursday night, so no waiting for a table even if you're in a larger group. I definitely recommend trying the hotteok with ice cream, it was amazing.

We found this gem during covid and we just keep on going back. It’s kinda far from where we live now so it’s a challenge making a trip up there but… This is one of the best upscale k-bbq joint we’ve been to with every menu on point. They offer a great selection of authentic/fusion Korean dishes to choose from and they carry high-quality meat!! Most of the k-bbq places we’ve been to are usually not up to our standard but this place never disappoints. Even their banchan (side dishes) are yummy lol. Some of my pics may be outdated but I had to add oldies to show some of my faves. 10/10 would visit again!
