I was about to give a 5 star review because 2 out of the employees were top tier. Right as I was about to give a raving review the female failed to keep exceptional service. I must say the employees that are working with the customers are doing a great job. I don’t know what happened when it was my turn to put my pizzas in the oven she slipped up. All in all they did an amazing job. I want to recognize Andy by name as he provided the best service of them all. Maya did good job as well.

The Best MOD Experience! The Barewick MOD Pizza location in Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. Every single visit has been a 5-star experience, hands down. The line moves incredibly fast, and the staff is always energetic and friendly, making the customization process super easy. My pizza was cooked perfectly—crispy crust, melted cheese, and all the toppings I wanted (and I load them up!). If you're looking for a quick, delicious, and fully personalized pizza fix, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service. One employee with headphones watched me walk in and never said a word to me. I waited 4 minutes until another employee saw me standing in line alone (I was the only customer). To the 2nd employee’s credit they immediately greeted me and took my order, but why is Customer Service dying? Why don’t we treat customers like they are actually valuable and cared for?

WAY OVER PRICED Staff was not friendly at all. Not a single person greeted me when I walked in, and I stood around for about five minutes before anyone even spoke. My order had just been sitting there getting cold. The only thing the team member said was “Name?” before handing me the pizza — no greeting, no thank you. I said thank you and got no response. The pizza itself was not worth the price — the quality and taste were comparable to (if not worse than) dough from the grocery store.

Unfortunately, when I arrived (around 7:15 PM.. well before closing time 11) Half of the toppings I usually get were out. The staff told me they weren’t willing to unwrap anything from the other side which was full or grab ingredients from the back, even though they still had four hours left before closing… this is my 3rd experience like this here. I explained that I had driven nearly 30 minutes against traffic just to eat there, but they still didn’t care or make any effort to accommodate me.
The customer service is really lacking at this location. It’s frustrating because I genuinely enjoy the pizza when everything is available. I really hope management takes note if the store is open until 11, the full menu should be available at least close to closing

If zero was an option, that’s what I would select. Beautiful area so it looked promising. But this location had of the WORST employees I’ve ever encountered. 2 boys, 10/20 12:30 shift. Incredibly rude when we ordered, made the pizzas wrong, had a glove stuck to our sons paper, didn’t help correct by handing us the missing toppings, and then the bathrooms. Doesn’t look like they have ever been cleaned. Hairs, piss and trash everywhere. Drive to a different location. Not worth it.
