I waited 20 minutes from time of payment until I got my pizza. I ordered for dine-in. I was waiting patiently for my name to be called as I seen multiple orders being sent out that ordered after me. Then I was the only left waiting and the employees were just looking at me. Then asked are you "...."? So I assume my pizza was just sitting behind the counter unknown to me. And my guess was correct because my pizza was not hot. The employees just kept my pizza behind the counter without calling my name. I'm really pissed that I waited this long for a pizza that was already ready and was sitting behind the counter getting cold. On top of that there was a table and floor that had a massive spill when I was there and none of the employees touched it.

My experience was terrible. The pizza was cold and tasted rushed. I requested light toppings, but look how much I had to remove. This is the second time my order has been bad. I will be going to the Steele Creek location from now on.

Poor service. Employees don't possess basic customer service skills (i.e saying "hello"when a customer walks in). They just look at you. No energy. Dry. My pizza was burned on one side and half done on the other. I guess the "manager" (tall skinny guy that always has an attitude) thought it would be acceptable. It was not. Refund was issued. This place has really gone down.

Great place to build your own pizza. Reminds me of the defunct Topp N' Pie in Orlando, FL. It gets four stars because the garlic was not roasted, it was pretty raw and when I asked about it they were clearly bothered. They did try to roast them more afterwards but it didnt make much difference. Other than that, the spicy marinara sauce was great.
Good pizza, but need to work on hygiene when making the pizza. Wiping your nose on the gloves, touching cash register, picking up stuff on the floor, and then building a pizza all while wearing the same set of gloves is gross. Eeewwwww.

Staff refused to take precautions regarding allergy. When asked to use a different spoon staff rolled their eyes at us. We won’t be back since it was an inconvenience to them to make sure that their saying customer was safe!!
