The service is shody most days, today was one of the worst. They do not keep pizza under a warmer, the guy bixing pizzas said my pizza wasn't ready. I waited 10 more min, went up and asked again, he said it wasn't ready I asked him to check to be sure they even had the order . It had been sitting on the rack the entire time . Pizza was completely cold, the offer of a free drink doesn't cover this sorry excuse for service .

I've only walked out of maybe 5 restaurants in my life. This was one of them. Went in 4/21 around 2pm. The place was desolate, not a SINGLE employee greeted us, in fact it was like we were invisible. It felt very awkward but I tried to understand they were probably burnt out. THEN, an employee (still without acknowledging us) started walking our way. She sniffed and then WIPED HER NOSE ON HER SHIRT, WIPED HER NOSE AGAIN WITH HER HAND THEN IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO PUT GLOVES ON, TOUCHING THE OUTSIDE OF THE GLOVES WITH HER DISGUSTING HANDS. We were absolutely revolted, then I looked down at the food and saw how old it was, and seeing how they all acted I wager that food was out for far longer than it was supposed to be. We looked at each other and silently left. Not a single word said the entire time. Check your cameras. I used to go to a MOD in Ohio all the time and loved it. I will never return to this MOD again and I suggest you don't as well. We instead went down the road to Nothing But Noodles and had a nice meal.

Both times have been absolutely Wonderful!!! I loooove the fact that u can design ur own pizza and for a large for under $20!!! U can't get that deal no where!! Seriously my favorite place to get pizza in the 49 area!! The first time I had cauliflower crust with Alfredo sauce as my base the second time regular crust with pesto base!!! Scrumpdillyumptious!!!!!! Will deff b bk for more soon!!! ? ?? ? ❤️???

The service was great but honestly there was major cross contamination going on in there. People’s hands going into the meat then back into the vegetables and fruits…who knows how long that’s all sitting out there for. If it’s 2 hours or more, then that’s the risk to get food poisoning. It was my first time and my last time based on what I saw.

I was doing a return in a store when I saw the Mod Pizza sign. It was lunch, and I hadn’t eaten yet, so I went in. You can choose anything and everything you want on a pizza for around $10! I chose all meats except chicken and bacon, 5 veggies, and tripple cheese. The crust is super thin and delicious. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had! The facility was spotless, the staff very hard working, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ll be back soon with my family!

MOD Pizza is good, flavorwise its good, nothing crazy tho just good. I gave a 4 because you get to customize your pizza and they dont put limit on toppings. Service and atmosphere its okay never busy the times I've been there and always clean.

I had a disappointing experience at MOD Pizza and won’t return to this location.I ordered TWO pizzas with garlic cloves, green peppers and mushrooms, but NONE OF THOSE ingredients were cooked in the first attempt. When I asked for a remake, the staff (cook with uncovered Afro ) gave me an attitude. Despite a second try, the garlic and mushrooms, and green peppers were still uncooked. Pictures of the second attempt are picture in this review. Now, I have to go home and fully cook the pizza they couldn't get right after two attempts and with attitude.Additionally, none of the staff here wears any kind of hair protection to prevent their hair from getting in the pizza and ingredients. In my opinion both the staff and ownership of this location need an overhaul.MOD Pizza needs to step up its game and provide better service.Please refer to the RAW garlic cloves, mushrooms and green peppers attached to this review. 1/5.
