Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had!! There was one man working and the whole time he was acting as if us being in the store and ordering was an inconvenience. He was mixing all the ingredients together, mistakenly added sausage to my sisters pizza and when corrected he took every piece off with his hands and put it back into the dish to serve to other customers. I’m vegan and asked if he could switch his gloves after touching meat and cheese and he called me extra under his breath. Very rude and very disappointing and very sassy

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was the worst—staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. They failed to inform us in advance that they were out of basic pizza ingredients, which should normally be in stock. The store officially closes at 10 PM, and we arrived around 8:45 PM, yet the staff were already rushing to shut down. They started putting chairs on tables and cleaning up even after we told them we were dining in. This made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Overall, a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place based on the poor service alone.

I just left working an event that we couldn't eat at, and this was the perfect place we came across, to have the most best pizza I've had in a long time 😋. The staff had amazing energy, after a very bad working environment! I would definitely recommend this place!

First time trying MOD pizza and Dee was amazing! His customer service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for such outstanding customer service and being patient!
I had forgotten why I stopped going here but now I remember. You have to wait FOREVER for your order, I get getting a lot of orders in is hard but having to wait 30min past the posted pick up time with no communication is unacceptable

I usually do not leave reviews, but I went to mod for lunch and they were slammed with people and online orders. Honestly should of had more staff but What stood out to me was the hi and smile that came from guy in front. Very warming and when I reached him to start my order he made my experience wonderful even shared a laugh with him and my son. This was my first visit to Mod and I will be back because of this guy. His name was Dee. He was very nice and professional and kept a smile from time I entered till time I left. Keep up the work Dee

I love the strawberry hill location it is always clean always nice people but the Gm they have there Dee made me and my daughter experience over the top. Even with a packed house he lead correctly I see why is the Gm. Great service Dee. Thanks for the mod rewards
