Upon entering the building it looked closed down. There are no pictures on the walls, no menu at the counter and it's a bit dark on the inside. I've only been to Moe's twice now, the first one was in a different city and it was years ago so I don't know if this location is remodeling or what but it definitely looked completely different then the other location I visited. It's not very welcoming to be honest, in fact it appears as though they would rather people just pick up their food and go. However, the two gentlemen working were decent but the individual preparing the food didn't communicate it would take a while for him to assist us due to him making online orders so we were kind of just standing there until the lead/manager appeared from the back and that's when we were informed but they both were nice. However, they didn't give us salsa with our chips, perhaps we were supposed to ask for it idk but I assumed he did since they were right at the register. The food was ok I did not care for the veggies at all they were very thick and I don't think they grilled/sauteed them very long, they looked a hot mess and it was only onions and green peppers like that happened to the red peppers lol.

Consistent staff changes. We have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and it gets worst and worst everything. Food quality is a joke now. Steak is always dry and old looking. Portions on the protein they give you is now less than what it used to be. There's a female that works there who looks like she doesn't care or doesn't want to be there. No smile, no hey how you doing or anything. The amount of chips that they give you is pathetic. I order a meal plus a bowl of questions and all they can give me is about what looks like 10-15 chips..... this place is getting cheap now.... so disappointed in this place. I will have to look for a different location from now on...

Just tried to get lunch here on 12/27 around 2:30. As we walked in the employee behind the counter yelled online orders only. So we decided to place an online order. As we were trying to place an online order he again yelled if you’re going to do an online order it’s going to be a long time I have to cook all the food and walked in the back. No apology or anything went to Chipotle should have started there.

Lazy workers. Suppose to close at 9, not 15 min before 9pm. Employees didn't want to do their job. They saw customers trying to get their orders but the didn't want to fulfill their orders.

Dining room is filthy. The steak looks like rubber. The chips have no salt on them. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to chipotle instead. This place went downhill fast.

Large portions not so clean restaurant. Staff was amazing. Which was the icing on the cake and why I’ll be returning. This was my first time visiting Moe’s. Only bad thing is when I got there the restaurant was empty, as someone with previous restaurant experience, it’s down time but not free time. Leadership should train staff the swap pans at some point during the day for presentation purposes. Everything looks dried out. Wipe down when your not busy. I think they just have not been trained to do so because they were young but seem to have great attitudes. Yeah it’s more dishes at night but it makes a world of a difference.

Horrendous customer service. Said they don’t have chips 😭, and when they were asked why they are only taking DoorDash orders they had no clue what to say because it was due to pure laziness.

The staff was super rude and the portions were small. I had to repeat myself several times because the woman making my food kept interrupting me. I love Moe's but this location needs a staff change.
