WAYY BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE. The portions are larger, cheaper and taste better. The environment is also welcoming, as are the employees (unlike chipotle’s rude employees). I will go here from now on

Haven't been to Moe's in a long time, and we were excited to grab a meal for an easy night in. We ordered pickup and scheduled the order so I could pick it up on my way home from work. Our orders were not correct. My burrito was missing cheese and sour cream. That might not seem like a lot, but I'd only ordered five things, and the sour cream is truly one of the most important components in a burrito for me. I was very disappointed to find it missing. I also did not get the poblano crema on the side, which I didn't care about as much.My fiancé ordered a stack with extra queso and two side sauces to dip. The stack came with no queso, no sour cream, and no side sauces. It was very dry, and, again, disappointing. We paid extra and were missing components that would have vastly improved the meal. We were prepared for them to be slightly soggy because pickup orders tend to sit for a minute, but somehow both of our meals were very dry. The stack also came with olives, which we had not ordered. The queso was delicious, and they gave us many, many chips. They were very generous with their servings. The ingredients we did get were tasty and fresh.Overall, I am disappointed that this meal of a burrito, a stack, and a bowl of queso was $30 and the only thing that was what we expected was the queso. Both of our receipts and the order tickets match our order, but the food itself is missing a lot. I tend to really look forward to burritos from Moe's, but I'm definitely bummed by this development.

This Moe's is just.. not the move. The staff here is not rude, but they definitely could use some quality training. I asked for a menu item and I was told it wasn't a menu item anymore, so I simply turned and pointed at it, on the menu, and clarified that it was indeed on the menu. I was asking for a homewrecker. This has been on the menu at Moe's for like, a decade. My girlfriend is currently dealing with nasuea from dinner, hopefully not food poisoning. And whether she has it or not, the conditions of the restaurant are definitely in question.Even though there was one employee ignoring the line of guests to instead sweep, the place was far from clean. It would not surprise me if she did have food poisoning. I'm not writing this to be over critical, but I genuinely am concerned about the health standard there. It seems to be run by all college students, and I'm pretty sure the new guy was on drugs. He did not seem to have ANY clue whatsoever about what was going on. I'm pretty sure I could've walked behind the counter to make my food faster than this guy. Which again like, no big deal. Most employees at food service jobs are blasted. But it's not okay to serve unsafe food either or keep a restaurant in bad conditions that could cause health issues.Overall, food was alright. If I am absolutely famished for some Moe's, I will probably, regrettably, come back here. But this is definitely a last resort sort of place now.Vegetarian options: Definitely vegatarian options available.Dietary restrictions: Everything is customizable, so I wouldn't say it's a big deal if you have a dairy allergy, for example.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu available, and I believe there are high chairs as well..?
The crew that was working on Saturday 11/04/2023 around lunch time deserves a raise, a bonus, or something! After recently being disappointed by another Moe’s location near Carowinds Blvd. It was so refreshing to come to the Univ. Blvd location and eat one of the best Moe’s chicken club quesadillas I’ve had in a long time if not in all time! The staff was super friendly and made sure we were not going to leave hungry! I asked to have my quesadilla grilled a little extra as the ingredients tend to make the tortilla soggy after it sits for a short while and the gentleman who prepared mine grilled it just perfect! It’s rare to find people in food and bev anymore who listed to customer requests like that anymore. My husband decided to try a stack for the first time and he actually got full before he could finish it!! A first! All of the food looked fresh, nothing looked dry or stale from sitting out too long. I can’t speak to this location as a whole as this is only the second time we have come to this location but this crew, on this day, left us very full and pleased!

The food looks good. The taste wasn't there for me. The cups for the sauce for the chips are too small to dip 30% of the chips. Trash bins are too small, basically a 9 inch hole on top of a big box.
