The older gentleman was wonderful! Definitely some newbies on staff, so slower than usual (everyone's new at some point, though). The place could use a deep cleaning (what restaurant couldn't) and some updates, but clearly, the staff tries. Bathrooms were very clean. The location felt safe, and many families were there. Food was actually hot, unlike too many other locations.

I am so baffled by my last experience, and sadly it wasn't my only poor one. I walked in to pick up my mobile order at the ready time-only one other customer was in the restaurant and they were at a table. I went to the pick up counter and no one said a thing to me. 3 employees looked right at me and ignored me. They continued to ignore me for 15 minutes, even after more customers came in and the cashier even told me to move so some officers could pay. I don't mind emergency personell going ahead of me, but I had been there long before they arrived AND my order was just sitting on the other side of the counter. I can't comprehend why no one would just hand me my order so I could leave. Guess I'm done with Moe's.

I downloaded the app to receive the Monday special the cashier is new he tells me I can’t get the discount because I just downloaded the app he asked for my number it wasn’t registered yet refused to scan the barcode on my phone I feel ripped off completely.. I decided to give moes a try again because I had a good experience in Virginia ha what a joke I will come to this location again just to feel ripped off and led on

Very bland food. Everything is bland or burned. Place looks run down and I'm pretty sure it will no longer be in this location with the next few years. Staff seem annoyed, stressed and bored. Layout of space, is of a restaurant not having storage for the excess chairs so they just leave it out. The flow of space it weird if you never been to a Moe's you would be confused. Do not waste your money.
