We used to love Moe's, especially when there was one 2 blocks from the house. We have been using Door Dash to get their food lately and it's constantly getting worse. Forgetting to put things we ordered in the food - tonight there was no guacamole or cheese in my burrito, we paid for a cup of queso which wasn't included, the meat tasted overcooked and chewy (old) just not worth the money anymore. If it was a one-off (mistakes happen) I would look past it but literally every time we order from here it's just miserable. Tonight will be the last time my daughter and I have their food. Enough is enough.

We have visited this location regularly over the years. Over the last year or so our experience has gotten worse and worse, from the restaurant being dirty, shows on the television that were not appropriate for my kids who were with me, only 1 person behind the counter, and the straw that broke the camels back was that we were charged twice on my credit card on 1/30/2020. We have called the location 4 times now, left messages for the GM with several Managers and were told we would be contacted to correct the mistake. Surprise surprise, still no call from the GM. I've disputed the charge with my CC company and will no longer visit this establishment.

I've had to wait longer than I felt was reasonable because there were only a couple of people preparing food. The food is good though and the location convenient.

Nobody in the restaurant at the place was filthy dirty. If the employees would get off their cell phone maybe they would see it. Took two bites of my burrito and threw it away.Don’t think I will be back

This Moe's has historically been not the best, but after my visit a couple days after Christmas this year, I won't be going to this location anymore. I got a burrito in a bowl and all the ingredients were old and gross, especially the rice. I was very sick that evening and into the next day. Do yourself and favor and go somewhere else in Ballantyne.
I love Moe's, but the Moe's in Ballantyne constantly disappoints. I wish the one of Pineville-Matthews was still open.

This is a Moe's location that is really geared towards high volume. It has a lot of seating in it and it is located in a very busy but upscale area in Ballantyne. The staff members here can be a little bit rude at times. This is also a place that is usually relatively affordable.
