I recently visited Morelia and decided to try something new—the coconut-flavored ice cream dipped in white chocolate. And wow, what a treat! The coconut ice cream was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tropical flavor. The white chocolate coating added a smooth, velvety touch that complemented the coconut beautifully.

The texture was just right—crisp on the outside, silky on the inside. Every bite felt like a mini vacation! On top of that, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you're a coconut lover, this is a must-try. I'll definitely be back to explore more flavors!

Because I have had previous good experiences, I brought two friends with me to share the fun. The fun stopped at the steps. My disabled friend had no way to enter the establishment. When I asked the two employees how my disabled friend could enter they both told me that there was no way to enter with the wheelchair.
I said this is illegal under ADA compliance and they shrugged and said sorry.
Unbelievable that a business is allowed to operate like this and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. 6/28/25 7:00pm if you need to review camera and employees.

Tried this place years ago and did not like it but finally decided to try it again and it was amazing :)

Good to the very last bite!! What a fun concept and a delicious product. The offer a great variety of ice cream and fruit pops. Even a delicious Greek yogurt and berry bar. Customizing it to your own liking with the various dips and toppings is the best part. Thanks for a fun experience!

Please add better signs like other locations so that people know how to order! It was backed up / confusing for a long line of first timers. It definitely stressed out the people working too. Will change to a 5 if this is done!! But the product is delicious, thank you for having vegan options :)

I got the Belgian chocolate wrapped in s’mores with cookie butter drizzle. The ice cream was excellent and my customer service was great as well. The marshmallow topping was a bit chewy and hard to eat, so I would opt for no s’mores topping on the next one. Would definitely return.

It's an expensive ice cream shop that's not worth it, the taste is nothing extraordinary and they have super bad customer service, I spent $50 and they were unable to give me an empty popsicle that my 2 year old daughter was crying for one, they all want to charge and In addition to that you have to pay parking
