Update: came here again and honestly the cookie tasted stale and the ice cream like it melted and froze again, the ice crystallization was not tasty at all.It‘s pricey but reeeeaaally good!!! The popsicle flavor’s are great, wish they would add even more different toppings.

You pick out whatever popsicle (made from gelato) that you want and then they hand-dip it in chocolate, toppings, etc. I had the version that includes sandwiches (like an ice cream sandwich). OMG. Ran around $8.50 per person, so not cheap but great for a special occasion.

Expensive, but worth it. The price of the paletas is a bit on the high end, as you may have understood from their menu or other reviews. But, the quality and serving size is WELL worth it. I had a hazelnut Oreos cookies and cream vegan paleta, and it was very, very good. I definitely prefer it over Popbar.I also appreciate the fact that the server/employee was Hispanic, which gave an even more authentic vibe to a paletas cafe.Dietary restrictions: There's plenty of vegan options to choose from, and they all taste great. Our family got the cookie butter and the dark chocolate dips, and they were both good.Parking: The parking across the street says it's paid, but it's not monitored.

Haley was super knowledgeable and even existed to make our paletas for us! We had the pistachio paleta in a waffle dipped in chocolate and a dulce de Leche paleta dipped in cookie butter covered in Graham crackers. Delicious!
