For starters it was FREEZING! I sat at the table the entire night with my coat on. I ordered the Cajun rib eye medium. My steak came out WELL DONE! I had no idea steak could be gray. The manager never came out to address the issue. Just refunded the item. I also ordered lobster mac n cheese. The server had the audacity to ask me if something was wrong with it. Who eats a bowl of macaroni with no meat? No one asked if I wanted another item. It was my birthday and I only had a salad for dinner. I’ve had better service at Eddie V’s, Sullivans and even Steak 48. First and LAST time coming here! Ruined my dinner on my birthday!

We came for a friend's birthday. The service was wonderful. Parking was validated since we used the garage. I was not a fan of the lobster mac and cheese. It had no taste. The cheese tasted like powder. I was very disappointed. My person enjoyed his salmon, it was kinda on the small side for the price. The onion bread was good. The lemon drops were great as well. No one else at the table had any complaints. It wasn't crowded for a Sunday evening.

If you’re looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience, this place truly delivers. From the moment you walk in, the hospitality sets the tone for a memorable night. Alexis is easily one of the best hostesses you’ll encounter—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely making guests feel valued the moment they arrive.
I was there celebrating my nephew’s 15th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make him feel special, which made the night even more memorable for our family.
The service team is just as impressive. Christopher, Ian, Jacobi, and David provide top-tier service that perfectly complements the exceptional food. They are attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and clearly take pride in making sure every guest has a great experience. As for the food, the steaks are cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality steakhouse.
Between the incredible service and the fantastic food, it’s the kind of place you look forward to visiting again. The team here truly knows how to make a great dining experience even better.
I 💯 recommend!

The people there are very attentive, knowledgeable of menu, and food was great. We called 30mins before arriving and asked if we can make a reservation and they were able to get us in. We had a great experience and so thankful that they fit us in on a busy Saturday night

Morton’s The Steakhouse is a well-known upscale steakhouse that has built its reputation on high-quality prime beef, classic American steakhouse dishes, and elegant dining experiences. With locations across major cities, it’s a popular choice for business dinners, celebrations, and special occasions. The highlight of the menu is, of course, the steaks. Morton’s is known for serving USDA Prime cuts, which are among the highest quality grades of beef. Favorites include the Cajun ribeye, New York strip, and filet mignon, all cooked at high temperatures to create a flavorful crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy. In addition to steaks, the menu also includes seafood, lamb, pork chops, and classic starters like shrimp cocktail and French onion soup. The atmosphere feels classic and sophisticated, with white-tablecloth tables, dim lighting, and attentive service. It’s the kind of restaurant where the staff are knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, adding to the upscale experience. Morton’s also features a large wine list and handcrafted cocktails that complement the rich flavors of the food.

First food was amazing, nothing to be said about food but perfect, my low star rating is because Morton steakhouse meant to be for business people only or super rich, I went there for a special occasion with my family for my 15 years old daughter birthday , but once the waitress knew, we are not this type of people and we are not ordering any liquor or wine, we get a different treatment that we did not like even though our bill was almost $500 and I still give her her 20% gratuity, because I wouldn’t blame her that place set her up to serve that way, once again food is good atmosphere was amazing places nice and clean. It’s just the service and I wouldn’t go back.
But I have to say the waitress notice after we order that it will be a big bill so she changed her attitude towards us, and get us the birthday cake for free, and I still give her $100 tips in cash ,

Went for the first time and Salim the bartender made it a fantasic night, making the best drinks and recomending me some great food on the menu, creating a delicious three course meal. I have been to most of the top steak houses in Charlotte and my experience here would put it to the top, and I finaly felt I got the value that I spent. First course, the French onion soup on a cold rainy day, sweet delicant and prepared just right. 2nd, jumbo shrimp coctail with 5 huge pieces poached to a perfect consistency and tons of fresh horse radish to make a delicious and spicey fresh cocktail sauce. Then a Prime Cajun ribeye . . . Perfectly cooked. I highly recomend Mortons for a friendly and delicious visit

Our server Lucy was the best. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was not great. My wife ended up not eating after she had to send 2 steaks back. First one was dry and over done the second came out raw. The bread was the star of the meal, the chopped salad was tasty too. As far as the steak, I have had far better tasting steak at other steak chains for a fraction of the cost. Why pay $70 for a steak when they can’t cook it correctly. We were looking forward to this experience for about a year and what a disappointment.

I am so happy that my husband and I chose to spend Valentines night at Morton’s. The service was above and beyond. The manager David was magnificent! Our server Brookes was so kind, patient, attentive, and on top of everything. I get a little anxious when we take our little children to upscale restaurants but the staff here was so patient and friendly with them. Will be back soon!
