My family from out of town celebrated at Morton's and it was phenomenal! From the best cocktails from the bar to start - then great appetizers, steaks and lobster and finally desert. We couldn't have asked for more. What made the night incredible was our server Chris. He's kind, responsive and the utmost professional. When you want special service at Morton's Charlotte-Ask for Chris!

The steak was so horrible and it was the most expensive one. Truly disappointed..It's was so chewy and unseasoned the quality was so bad. It was the wagu steak should have been super tender...The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts was great. My waitress was nice.

Amazing service! Cajun ribeye was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Oysters fresh and the bacon wrapped scallops melt In Your mouth. Wonderful experience!

Always a family favorite. Serivce was great, good as usual. The food is good just not as good as previously was. I had tomahawk Ribeye wife has filet. They were prepared as ordered. Sides where ok deserts where fine. Nothing to brag about but also nothing to complain about. Good not great and when you spend $800 on dinner for 4 you want something to be amazingly good not just ok. Will return just not often.

Lovely experience, food was DELICIOUS! Server, hostess', management were all very polite, professional and made our dining experience a memorable one. My first time dining at Morton's and I'm very pleased that I selected this steak house over other available choices for the evening,

We’re “old school” Morton’s people. We had the very best service with Lauren as our server. The food was excellent and we will return when we get back to the Queen City. ❤️ Thank you for making our evening a lovely one.Lauren, you simply are the very best and we loved meeting you!Jeff and Tona Greco

The restaurant was beautiful it wasn't to loud it was very very cozy the waiter Chris was great the water guy made sure your water was full. I loved the food only thing was my crab cakes were small but they still were delicious.

I wasn't that impressed with the food. It was my first time there, so I would have appreciated some recommendations from the server. We ordered something similar to what we would get at most restaurants; the scallops app was good. I liked the chutney that came with it. The dry aged ribeye was cooked correctly. The salmon was on the drier side. I was surprised to find that the spinach/mushroom side tasted like it was only really seasoned with salt and steamed. The lobster macaroni and cheese was the most disappointing dish. It was spicy, skimpy on the lobster, and it wasn't creamy or cheesy. The dessert menu looked like it had some great options, but I didn't want to risk more disappointment. The ambiance was classy and quiet. There were maybe 4-5 other parties dining there that evening but we were all placed into the same section of the restaurant. I feel like it would've been nice to be spread out more because the guests next to us were so distracting.

It was good, not great. Highlight was the shrimp cocktail and the mushroom and spinach sautee. Service was amazing. Would definately go back but it's not markedly better or worse than Ruth Chris, Sullivan's etc...

Long experience. Sat with our backs to the kitchen and service line so it was a bit noisy. Server forgot my drink, salad requested was wrong so my wife couldn’t eat it. Server didn't really care or try to correct. Wife ordered a beer and server brought the wrong one and worked to get her to take it anyway. She was accommodating but it wasn't what she ordered. Meatballs were mixed rating, one was good the other one was hard(of course my wife's). Steak special was undercooked and extremely charred on the outside, major burnt taste. Fries were cold but the au gratin potatoes were delicious. Bread was good but no bread knife to cut it with. Took over two hours to dine, though I expected it to be longer than a usual experience but not that long of an experience. Long waits for food and drinks. It was our first time here but likely will not return. Way over priced for what we got.

Very nice. Great service. They were very accommodating to our 2 year old grand daughter; whom enjoyed every bit of it. You would have thought she had fine dining every night. Oh and the food was delicious.
