I visited from Florida after seeing this place on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Ultimate Seafood Platter, added 2 additional crab clusters and 2 additional sides of crawfish — all of which were combined into the same packaging — totaling $86.25. Unfortunately, I was shorted on food. When I politely brought it to their attention, the staff was extremely rude and never returned to the counter to properly address the issue. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing, especially as an out-of-state visitor simply expecting to receive what I paid for. The Establishment was dirty And Not Appealing To The Eye As Well As Piss Poor Parking. There's nowhere to sit to eat your food, not to mention my food wasn't even hot, it was warm when I checked it for accuracy. I believe If customers were honest about their experiences instead of overhyping establishments for free perks or attention, maybe businesses like this would feel more accountability to improve their service. If negative stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I would absolutely not recommend Mr 3's Crab to anyone. Save Your Money because it not good literally & figuratively!! .. I've been coming to Mr 3s since it was in gastonia but I've only been to this location twice. They only do walk ins. So if you are trying to call in an order you'll be wasting your time. Beside that the service and food has always been good. I love getting the cash only deals. They have the deals Wednesday thru Saturday. The deals are worth the money. They also have there homemade drinks. In my opinion the blue raspberry lemonade is the best.

Honestly this is the spot. Don’t let the appearance scare you away. Food is fresh and tasty, customer service is great. Cashier remembered my name which was awesome! Food doesn’t take too long to come out depending on the time you go. One of CLT hidden spots.
