I've been here plenty of times and I always enjoy their food. Recently I haven't had them and was craving them but I had a question. I've called multiple times and no one's picked up the phone just an automation. If you guys don't take phone calls that should be specified somewhere so I don't waste my time calling thinking you may be busy. If you do take calls then this customer service is not good because someone is ignoring the phone. Overall I feel annoyed because why have a phone number posted so that we speak to no one. The automation only recited hours and that was not even my question.

Excellent food, great service, friendly staff, great drinks. I had fried pork chop sandwich and my husband had turkey wings over rice with Mac/cheese and greens. We passed through coming from DMV and will definitely stop again. If you are in Charlotte you should stop by. See Sonya the bartender she makes a great margarita.

I wanted so bad to like this spot. I have lived in clt for 15 years. I heard great things about this spot. The new location is huge and nice but the food I ordered was met. I got the whiting combo with Mac and Yams. It was gross. The fish had no flavor but was beautifully cooked. The peice were room temperature and not moist. The Mac wasn't any better. It looked decent, and it lacked flavor. It was greasy and clumpy as if only milk and sharp Cheeder were used. I could see the pepper but couldn't taste anything. The yams were decent, but I could tell it's just Karo syrup. I couldn't taste or see much seasoning. I really really wanted to rave as the customer service was phenomenal but the food was bizmal at best.

My first time here visiting from Virginia. I will say that the food was very good. The service was okay you had to wait a little while for someone to take our order but our server Doug was good he took care of us. I will definitely be back!

My spot for fried fish Friday to get Croaker. Also great options for daily meals that include items such as fish and chicken combos, etc. Few locations around the city, must check them out! If your in a time crunch, suggest to order ahead.

My family & I was visiting from out of town and heard about this place & it took over a hour or 2 to get our food n never received some of of food had to ask were our food was they had more to go orders going out the restaurant faster then the people who was dining inside the set I was so horrible and I will not recommend no one to go and how you bring someone a bill to pay and the person never received they food and then different workers kept coming over say what's wrong & they go fix the problem n never did the waitress never came to check in see if we needed refills on drink or was ok this restaurant need more help and better service but food was ok but could be better
