Good food, horrible customer service, manager always has an attitude, staff always rushing you. Would not recommend
This place is ok compared to other AYCE sushi places in the area.
I would not recommend for vegetarians whatsoever. The manager does not follow the menu directions and everytime tries to charge a different price. For removing meat from a roll, I got charged an extra dollar per roll. Does not inform that she will add prices either. For removing, not adding. 0/10 experience.

We’ve been here several times with friends & have loved it each time. Delicious sushi & good atmosphere. One of our go-to sushi spots in the Charlotte area.

It used to be our family and friends favorite place when it first opened. But since it’s getting popular the service went down hill. We’ve been there couple times and service was a bit or a miss. This time is our final draw. The receptionist was super rude. Will never come back and will never ever recommend another person to this place again.

When I went to pick up my online order and took it to my car, I noticed that I mixed up the names when I had ordered. I thought I was getting sushi and I ended up with something different. Totally my fault there but when I went back to see if I could get a new order, they told me I would need to pay and order all again because I took the food out of the restaurant. *WHEN PICKING UP FOOD, CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING RESTURANT. I bet they're food is good but the policies I find not reasonable.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I was informed that I couldn’t be seated until my friend arrived, despite my previous confirmation that she was coming from the parking lot and there was no waiting list. The restaurant was only one-third full, yet the front desk staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. This experience has led me to believe that the restaurant’s service quality is declining.
Great place! Very tasty rolls, but the floor was very slippery almost like there was a grimey cleaning residue or grease on the floor. Nobody fell and I did say something. Reporting it on here because it needs to be addressed quickly.

Might be pretty unassuming from the curb, but this all you can eat sushi is the real deal in both quality and logistics; skeptics/cynics you can rest easy. Got there late so they recommend you go ahead and pick everything you’re going to want since the kitchen/sushi bar will be closing. We MAYBE went a little overboard and I was busting at the seams to avoid a surcharge for taking leftovers (common in this format) but we inevitably had to take some with us. Everything was beautifully handcrafted and was much higher quality than I was expecting at the price point.
