I had a wonderful experience at Muraya. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the manager Alex even took the time to personally introduce himself, which made the visit feel very welcoming and attentive. Ricky was an amazing server We went on Sushi Wednesday ($10) the drinks were delicious and perfectly paired with the meal. The highlight for me was the Secretos a Cacao dessert absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the night. Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing food. I’ll definitely be back!

Muraya offers a decent and fairly average dining experience. The food is prepared well and tastes fine, but the flavors don’t really stand out or feel especially memorable. Portions are reasonable, and presentation is simple but acceptable. Service is polite and functional, though not very attentive or engaging. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, making it suitable for a casual meal. Overall, Muraya is an okay option if you’re nearby, but it doesn’t offer anything particularly unique that would make it a standout choice.

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday, just the 2 of us with limited options being Valentine's weekend we decided to give this place a try. The food was disappointingly bland, surprised to see so many good reviews but maybe it was just a bad night for the kitchen. On top of the poor food taste our bill came with a 20% service charge already on it, I can't complain about the service since our waiter was friendly and attentive but charging it flatly feels imposing. Overall for what we had it felt overpriced and we most likely won't be coming back anytime soon

Muraya delivered an incredible experience last night. The food was outstanding—bold flavors, creative twists, everything fresh and perfectly executed. The vibe is electric: sultry decor, lively energy, and great music.
I loved the Bronx Old Fashioned (Makers Mark with panela-anis and orange bitters)—it was smoked right at the table for that extra dramatic flair and smoky depth. Such a cool touch!
Even on a chaotic, packed night, Manager Jessica went above and beyond. She checked in personally, recommended spot-on dishes, surprised us with thoughtful touches, and made us feel like VIPs.
Her personality is awesome—warm, funny, genuine, and super attentive. That level of care from the manager during a busy rush really matters.
Jessica was also super informative, telling us about the half-off Sushi special night (Wednesdays!) and their amazing weekend brunch with live music. We will definitely be back for both.
Muraya is now our top spot—we’ll be telling all our friends and making sure they say hi to Jessica. She’s the star! Highly recommend.

It was so busy and Jessica made sure to be attentive and make sure me and my boyfriend were happy. Everyone was on top of it! The empanadas were fire and espresso martini was so delicious and the pork star martini was to die for omg. The hostess was super sweet!

First time at Muraya! Will definitely go back. We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and were surprised how quickly we were seated considering how busy they were . The atmosphere was cool. The manager, Jessica was so much fun! She came by a couple times to check on us. Every time she made us laugh. Was super accommodating. Food was great. We will be back to try their brunch menu . Jessica and the staff were on it last night and made our first Valentine’s Day together special . Thank Muraya. 10/10

Unfortunately, the experience for my birthday overall was not good. A lot of things were out on the menu. My reservation wasn't acknowledged and we sat 45 minutes late and the service just wasn't that good. When we asked why I could not sit down for my reservation, we were told that the kitchen was backed up when we asked if we could still sit down and order drinks and exchange gifts we were flat out told no. Was served a ny strip and was told it was a ribeye. Only positive was the taste of the drinks after we finally got them.
We were very well welcomed from beginning to end, and the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and polite throughout our entire experience. The food was well seasoned and flavorful, which we truly appreciated.
However, there were a few points that could be improved. There were three different types of music playing at the same time, a live band and other music coming from separate speakers, which made it difficult to connect with the atmosphere and even have a conversation, as the volume was a bit too loud. In addition, although the rice was well seasoned, it was undercooked and hard, and the meat came out very burnt with a bitter taste.
