We came in on a Sunday for my moms bday. Everyone was nice and professional. Food was delicious and drinks were amazing ? Prices are fair. Overall I pretty good experience :)

Have generally enjoyed the food, but service on recent visit was simply horrid, disrespectful, and utterly rude. As if the cadre of servers were being compensated on how ineptly they could perform their tasks. The all-digital billing medium is at odds with this restaurant's purported character; are diners expected to fork over whatever random payment amount the server dreams up?

I'd always wanted to go here and was invited to a large group dinner recently. First time was worth the wait and the food/service were exceptional, will definitely be back!Parking: Recommend parking in the side street lot, not the one right off Providence as I know someone that has had an accident twice there!

My friend and I enjoyed soup and split a little Gem Caesar salad. The soup was beautifully presented but had no real flavor. The salad was not little gem lettuce and was something you would expect at a chain restaurant. I was disappointed because I have enjoyed Napa for years and this did not taste up to their standards.
This was my first time at Napa and we will definitely be back! The food was wonderful and a good portion size that left us satisfied. Our server, Christine, was knowledge, warm, and funny which made our experience that much better! It was my mother in law's birthday, which we had not told them, but Christine picked up on it and then provided several birthday touches that made my MIL feel very special. Highly recommend Napa on Providence!

Always a solid choice with fresh and flavorful food options, a great menu and lovely ambiance but our waitress Alicia was the star of the show. Helpful, funny, attentive. We wanted her to sit down with us!! Great girls night and she made it even better!
We've found a new favorite spot. What a hidden gem! The food, service, amd all around environment was exceptional without being stuffy. We will definitely be back soon.

This place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. I liked that they offer small plates, which was still plenty of food, and left room for dessert. The staff was attentive and friendly! We will definitely visit again.

We were treated so well! My meal was served behind others at our table and the server and manager came out quickly to let me know the status. The 6 of us were also served with a complimentary small dessert that was brought out by one of the chefs and our birthday girl received a gift card. So nice! Our server, Doug was very personable, and professional. Outstanding!
Food was just ok. Wrong sparkling wine was served even when I asked the server if he was sure it was correct. Server did not refill anyone's beverages. Honestly I don't think I will go back, I have visited a couple of times and the food doesn't wow me.
