The food was great and the service was even better. Due to COVID-19 our experience was a little different but it was still good. I will definitely return again. This is the second time that I have tried them. We ordered the oxtails, rice and beans, cabbages and macaroni and cheese. Soooo delicious and the serving portions were great!!

It was a bit sad to eat my dinner on the hood of my car in the parking lot of this establishment. Luckily, it was a decent day, and the Wi-Fi reached all the way to where I was parked. I was able to take the photo, check in, watch a few videos, while I ate. Service was efficient and friendly, food was tasty, and the price was reasonable, maybe on the higher side. This was one of the few non-chain restaurants in the area to accept DoorDash, and to be open. I'll certainly consider them again when I'm in the area as I'd like to try additional dishes. The goat in this dish was cooked perfectly, it was better than most restaurants that I've been to. The spice level was perfect for me, very mild, but even that was enough to make my nose run. Great flavor!

If you want authentic Jamaican food, you should stop by Nergil Social. The oxtails was delicious as was the cabbage and the peas and rice. Being for out of town the made us feel as if we was one of the family . Great Jamaican food reasonably priced. I will definitely stop by the next time I am in Charlotte.

Went here for an event at the location. The food was great and the event was well organized. My only area of opportunity to speak of is they were understaffed. Other than that nice location will visit again.

The rum punch is AMAZING! I had the oxtails with peas & rice and plantains. The food was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it. It was more like a Tappa then an entire entree which makes it rather pricey for what you get. I would definitely go back for food and drinks. I would just be sure not to go if I'm really hungry.

Food was amazing! Ordered goat curry and ox tail special with rice and beans, and stewed veggies and side of sweet plantains. Really hit the spot for a Caribbean fix! Meat was very tender and seasoned to perfection. Every item was delicious. Meat portions are a bit on the smaller size so order large. Will be back :)
Came for bingo, and I left disappointed. False advertisement. For 3 games on a kiddy board and the announcer did a poor job with it. I would've been better off going to the church. We paid too much for what we got. The rum punch tasted like funny. I don't know if it was the ice or the drink. Didn't get to try the food, but what I do know. I won't be back. For future get a tip jar if you're trying to do a fundraiser.

I went today as they were first opening! They were very welcoming and accommodating! The food was absolutely delicious! Rum punch amazing! I’ll be back for sure, hopefully when there is an event going on!

J*** Chicken was not good, and had feathers on the skin, upset my stomach!! Curry goat was good with everything else in the plate. I was to get rice and peas with two sides. Only received one side of plantains 4 pieces. Not that I am exact on things but it should have been 8 pieces for two sides of plantains. Never ordering j*** chicken again tho!!!

Hoping by the name, it would bring me back to JA but it did not. Definitely wasn't a pleasurable experience. Food wasn't good due to the fact that it wasn't flavorful and was cold. Unfortunately the drinks weren't any better. The server was really nice though and she deserves a gold star!
