I just moved to Charlotte, and this is great sushi. I can be quite picky, I used to work for a sushi restaurant whose owner was a third generation sushi chef from Ōsaka. I got the sushi & sashimi combination, and it was wonderful. The rice was great texture and the fish was clearly fresh and high quality. I will certainly be back!

My favorite sushi place in Charlotte. It can be hard getting a table but I’m truly so glad they stay so busy. I get takeout really often and you cannot beat the quality and prices. Last time I was in, I saw what I assume was a long-standing customer pick up a very large catering order and it was nice seeing the staff help her carry the boxes to her car.

The wait to get in was quite long. Went in about 7 PM. Had to wait for almost 45 mins. After we got sat, there was another 30-40 mins before our order was taken. The food was great as usually. The soups were a hit or miss. But loved the sushi. Definitely not a place to go when you’re hungry. Something to try when you have ample time.
