Horrible experience here tonight. Had a reservation at 8pm and was not ever sat, we left at 9. Our party of 11 watched a party of our same size who arrived 30 minutes after us get sat before us. We were also denied drinks while we waited because the bartender was too busy. Unacceptable service.

Horrible experience. Don’t go on a weekend. They accepted multiple large reservations (of more than 15 people) and had 2 servers taking care of the entire place. When I ordered a drink, I was notified it would be 45 minutes until it would be ready? Food took over 2 hours to arrive. It was cold and hard when we got it. Not good and sooo overpriced. Horrible service and server was rude and overworked.

Saved a table too small for our reservation, moved us to the back, and subsequently gave the worst service I’ve ever received. Waitress never brought out drinks, forgot entire meals, and brought out cold food after ~1hr of waiting. Additionally, parties that were supposed to have the back room reserved started getting mad at our group for being moved there. Was incredibly let down given pleasant prior experiences.

Service was awful. Reservation was set for weeks in advance and they put us in a private room that we didnt want to be in because it was totally separate. Didnt ask what we wanted to drink when we finally ordered drinks they took 30 minutes to come out. Food took easily over an hour. Server forgot someones food and didnt give to him for a long time after. The chicken tasted like rubber and was hard to chew through

I haven’t been here in years. Went last night with friends for dinner. There was a strong smell of urine and cleaning products. Our server did the best he could do and was so nice but you could tell there were a bunch of misses in training if there was any. The bartender was flirting with a girl sitting on a stool the whole time. Drinks took forever. Appetizers were good except for the tuna tataki which tasted as if it was cooked 3 days ago. Sushi was not fresh at all. I wasn’t able to eat the rainbow roll as it was so overly fishy and the taste of ammonia was awful.

Definitely too many great sushi places to not waste my money at.

Awful experience last night. Took over an hour for our food order to be taken and over 1.5 hours beyond that for our food to come. The manager was friendly but they clearly are having some service issues. I was ready to get up and walk out. By the time my food came, it was cold. We had to walk to the bar to get drinks because our waitress was MIA. Meanwhile, all the dancers came in and sat at the table behind us which they promptly had drinks and food brought out to them. Very disapointed in this experience. Our manager said she was going to give us a discount for the poor service, however, the measly 15% she gave us was already a promotion they ran for December birthday groups which we were there for.

NEVER go here for any kind of celebration. I’ve been here twice now, the first time was fine since the restaurant was empty when it was just me and one other person, but once a few people started to trickle in service slowed down. I went here last night for my birthday and it wasted my entire night. We had a reservation set for 9:15pm. When we arrived to the restaurant they said they were backed up and we weren’t seated until 9:45pm. What is the point of the reservation if you don’t honor them? There should be a limit on the number of people you allow in beforehand to avoid this. After we were seated, we weren’t even seen by a server until 10:20 pm, and that was only because we had to tell someone to serve us. Once we placed our order we did not get our food and drinks until 11 PM. We were never checked on or asked about anything. We were a party of 7, I understand being backed up if we had just walked in, but to be that unorganized to the point where you all can’t even do a good job is ridiculous. It wasted my entire night and since the gratuity was already added for that horrible service we just had to deal with it. My ginger glazed tuna was good, but don’t bother getting the basics like chicken teriyaki. You could find better at any random hibachi grill for half the price. The DJ was the only highlight of the night with his attempt to distract everyone from the chaos. The restaurant wasn’t even that packed because they still had empty seating everywhere. Even at the end when we were some of the only people left they still took forever to deal with our checks. So I think they just lack the capability to do anything in a timely manner. The staff needs to be replaced with people who actually know how to work the big parties they claim they can serve.

If I could leave 0 stars I’d still ask for negative stars. 3hr wait on food. 1.5 hour wait on drinks. You’d be better off ordering sushi from uber eats and drinks from the bar and then sitting at a table.
Only positive thing I could possibly say is the DJ was on point all night.

It was my boyfriend and I first time there and we were with some friends and the food was good and the service was great. We will be going back.

Parking: The parking garage had a hight limit so one of our friends could not park his truck in it. He had to find somewhere else to park and pay for it and walk to the restaurant.

My waitress was awful. She was rude from the start, barely let anyone finish talking before she’d try to walk away. I went to celebrate my birthday because I saw it on tik tok but the waitress didn’t even acknowledge that it was my birthday or offer me dessert or sake like I had seen promoted. When it came to splitting checks, she gave everyone the worst attitude dropping them off and didn’t even tell us to have a goodnight or anything. As a server myself, I recognize good service and that was far from it!!! 0/10 service, 10/10 food though. Absolutely delicious. And the ambiance was incredible, music can be a bit loud but it was great music.
