Love this place but the past few times we came the cleanliness was not up to par. The floors and bathroom were REALLY bad.

Very unfortunate that I’ve had to change my 5-star review to a 1-star. I don’t remember this place being so dirty! Floors were dirty, tables weren’t clean or anything! Ice cream was still half decent but won’t be coming back anymore.

Workers were rude and they obviously did not care much about the customers or the quality of ice cream they were providing. The double scoop was so bad, the second scoop didn’t even hold onto the first scoop, it was so loose and the scoop on top fell off right away. I ordered another ice cream in a cup.

The 3 people on shift on 10/25 at 9pm need to be reevaluated. My dad has an accent when he speaks and they were making fun of him for it? Get out of here, this place sucks really and won’t be coming back after being a customer for over 4 years. Will no longer be recommending this place to others. Truly a great establishment ruined

My friend, granddaughter, and I wanted ice cream, so we decided to give Ninety's Dessert Bar a try because we're not from Charlotte. The service was subpar. The food did not look like the posted pictures. The floor was very sticky. Several other customers were served before us. I don't recommend eating at Ninety's Dessert Bar.

The novelty of the Brooke monster sundae is what drew me to try the Ninety’s Dessert Bar. I’ve cream sandwiched between a cookie and a brownie with your choice of sauce and topping, it is massive! The cookie is warm and gooey- my favorite part of the whole thing. The ice cream flavors are pretty standard and the shop as a whole could use some sprucing up, but you definitely walk away with your sweet tooth satisfied.

I visit Ninetys every now and then. We stopped by after dinner and grabbed this strawberry cheesecake. It was very good.

The trio that was working tonight was more focused on gossiping about their drama and boyfriends that making our drinks and ice cream! 20 minutes for 2 items and there are 3 people. I watched them stop what they are doing to focus on what they are talking about. Their personal lives. Imagine if they just focused on their customer. This place sucks! Not to forget to mention the chairs and tables need extensive cleaning they look disgusting. I need to be focusing on keeping the place clean rather their own gossip.

I can only speak on the strawberry cheesecake because that's all I've had but it is excellent and it keeps me coming back despite the atmosphere. (Side note: The other dessert in the video was my daughter so I can't attest to how that was but she loved it!)

I went 8/23/24 to this location. I had seen some other tik tok reviews and thought this looked like a cool place. It has 3 seasonal drinks that rotate. This time it was back to school themed. For menu options they have just plain ice cream cones, ice cream cups, specialty milkshakes, and some brownie and cookie options with ice cream.
For atmosphere I thought it was great. Very colorful and fun. Definitely a place I can see college students and families both enjoying. I got one of their seasonal drinks the Zebra cake one and it was presented just like the picture and tasted wonderful. Service was quick and nice with no issues. Highly recommend!

Parking: This location is tucked in a strip of other shops and restaurants so there is a big main parking lot that is free.

Kid-friendliness: There is spacious seating options and of course what kid doesn’t like ice cream!
