Food was pretty darn disappointing and they were almost out of everything by dinner time. This place continues to go downhill. Can't say I would recommend nor will we return.

Supbar flavor at best. I just thought it was an "off-night" when I was there this past weekend. I had planned to give them another try until I saw an expose on them this weekend regarding the owner's racism. As a minority who has tried this place, I cannot support a business that doesn't support the diversity of one of the country's fastest growing cities. No place for racism in Charlotte. There are many other BBQ establishment's that serve up tastier dishes without the discrimination.

We visited twice prior to using facility last night for an event. Everything was perfect. Appetizers of fried broccoli, toast points with pimento cheese were delicious. The event space was nearly perfect. The only small issue we had was acoustics in the meeting room. Service was very good and timely. Brian the bartender was awesome and get the wine glasses full. I highly recommend Noble Smoke for the food and service.
My buddy will and I drop by Noble smoke for a late lunch on Saturday. Since it was late, we didn't want to eat too much and spoiled dinner later. But I tell you what, I almost wish I had. Of brisket and a small plate of pork along with the Onion rings and potato salad. The food was absolutely fabulous. Our waiter was Johnny on the spot and then the manager offered to give us a tour of the smokehouse. I appreciate good Carolina and Texas style BBQ and I'll tell you what. Noble smoke has Great food, absolutely great food. Don't get me wrong, it was pricey but I feel I got the quality I paid for.

Great BBQ taste. Extensive beer and wine lists. Kind of a tapas or family style dining. Sample all you can with 1/4 pound options, or go for the stomach stuffing 1 pound plates! Bring friends or family as you need some help putting all that food away! The BBQ pulled chicken tasted great as well as the collard greens side.

Great food, friendly/accommodating staff, and well priced. We went at lunch time, don't delay on ordering the daily special...the run out quick! Pet friendly.
The food and service was awesome, ordering sides was a bit weird. They said sides were for sharing and that was correct but what if your dining partner doesn't like the same things? Luckily we were agreeable on sides. I don't think hushpuppies should be a side, they should come with meal. Also, why serve water in styrofoam cups and beer in glasses. Let's be more sustainable, no to styrofoam!
First time and everything we ordered was great! The Cheshire pork and the onion rings will be a repeat order for us.Brussels, turkey, etc. were fantastic, as well. Nothing I'm sad about, here!

This is one of our favorite places. We eat here quite often. The food is really good and the staff is great. The only reason the food received 3 stars is the changes with the trout toast. I love this dish, BUT the amount of actual trout has been depleted to almost nothing. You get a large amount of bread and radishes, and nowhere near the amount of trout that you use to get. It's not worth the money anymore. You are paying $9 for bread and radishes and an extremely small amount of trout.
