Came here Sunday evening before my flight, older gentleman was bartending and was extremely rude. Went to the counter, was ignored for 10+ minutes and he asked if I had questions and when I said I wanted to order a drink he informed me “no we’re closed, thank god” and dismissed me as well as others. Poor customer service. There’s way better ways to inform someone you’re closed

Yesterday my wife and me prepare for a long travel but we don't have time for have a dinner in other place, so we decide take something quick from this store, we take some food from the fridge, a chicken wrap and 2 drinks, we proceed to pay and the guy call Jason was very rude, when we going to pay my wife ask if he can remove one of the drinks because we are little hurry to boarding, and he made disagreed expresions and he charge anyway the 2 drinks, and he treated the other costumer the same way, i don't know how they allow to work a person work in this place if he his attention is really bad and his aptitud are worst, i don't eat again on this place and i don't recommend stop on here, this place is expensive and the attention is bad 0 stars on everything

The drinks/menu seemed to be very overpriced but I knew that would be the case since it’s at an airport. However, the guy bartender was super rude and arrogant. The lady bartender working with him seemed nice though. The guy they have working here (I think his name is Jason) was snippy with not only me but many other customers. Don’t ask him any questions because I guess he thinks everyone should already have all the answers. His body language and facial expressions were rude in itself. Now the location was very convenient, but honestly don’t waste your time and money and just walk to another drink/food spot.

Decent beer and a great location. Worth making a trip over to kill a couple hour layover, but probably not a place you’d want to have several rounds. They have a captive audience and they know it. At $13 for a 14oz beer, it’s borderline robbery.

Waiting in line for 40 minutes then left because there’s only one bartender!!!! On a Sunday in the airport that’s ridiculous!!!!! Never going back should have gone to a better staffed bar in the airport before coming to gate A do not come here!
Don’t go there on Sunday mornings. I go to the airport all the time for work. Sunday morning you don’t want to be there. The bartender is rude and doesn’t know the laws. She always states federal law prohibits her from selling alcohol before 10am and meanwhile all the other reataraunts do in the airport. She also wouldn’t serve us because we had a drink prior to coming in. She doesn’t know we had one drink but refused service. She is flat out rude and she is not personable. The new broken spoke is opening soon down the hall. The funny thing is that the current broken spoke location is where everyone goes to complain about the bartender at noda. Broken spoke is hopping and everyone there has a great story to tell about the bad bartender at noda. I met a 70 year old couple there travelling and she wouldn’t serve them because their haircuts were different from their pictures. They were freaking old grandparents. Stay away from noda. We live in Charlotte and due to her we tell everyone to stay away from their other locations.
Total trash for service.
