Bartender didn’t give a shit, empanadas were awful. We took 1 bite each and sent them back. He didn’t take them of the tap either. Absolutely no vibe at the bar. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Bar tender on 12/29 pm was very rude… sat down at 8:00 (they close at 9:00) was told to get my ID ready and then he ignored me for 5 minutes… then tells me they are closing soon. Ordered 2 beers because I have an hour to kill before my flight which is next to this brewery.. he “forgot” to pour my second one and proceeded to rush me off the bar at 8:15. Had to ask him for it before I went to sit by my gate. Also think he pocketed my $20 and never rang it in. Might want to rethink this dude working for your company

The bartender with a mask is actually the worst bartender. Didn’t refuse service just made me wait for the other bartender because I wasn’t her customer. Sited Nc law and shut me down. What Nc law says if another bartender serves me you cannot at least pour me a second beer while the other guy is busy?

This place always seems to sell out of food fast. Been it’s not busy the staff can be friendly. When slammed you’re just a body there that makes them money. I detest how THIS is the ONLY bar area here by concourse A 24 - A 29. Such a monopoly….

The service at this establishment needs work…the bartender (Jack or Jason, can’t remember his name) never greeted me, instead rudely asked for my id. I ordered & he never asked if I wanted to keep the tab open or close it, just handed me a receipt & circled the word “tip”. I came back to the bar to order again & he said “I remember you” & asked for my id once again. This time he asked if I wanted to keep the tab open & I said yes. After closing my tab & getting a receipt I still tipped despite the mediocre service & that’s when he gave me a fist bump. He checks the receipts after conclusion of service to see how much patrons have tipped which is extremely tacky. His mood changes depending on the tip.

I can only comment on the service. We tried to use the app and it said no tickets available and we would have a server come by. The bartender was just standing around and when those of us on the perimeter tried to go place an order with him because the server never came around, he declined to take our order. After 40 minutes, we left.

First positive - Elise the bartender is an extremely hard working woman & should be manager. She could definitely get the place in shape instead of apology for mismanagement. She’s the best bar tender I’ve seen here & definitely a rule follower. As for NoDa, the cook was on break during the noon lunch hour!!!! Last time I was here they were out of everything & sounds similar today as I’m hearing other customers order and they’re out of items again. This location doesn’t represent the company well. I’ll make sure not to come back.

The tacos were pretty good, definitely questionable when it comes out extremely fast. The service was very helpful and prompt, but the price is were outrageous. I didn’t think they could be a more expensive airport than San Francisco but wow this one checks that box.

The bar was closed and the bartender was rude. I just wanted to ask about my lost wallet and he yelled at me that the floor had just been cleaned. He did this in front of everyone and wouldn't stop yelling at me. He's inconsiderate and rude. Very poor customer service. He even treated the cleaning lady badly.
