Treating your customers like they’re an inconvenience is never good. Furthermore, telling your customer that they cannot review the receipt before their credit card is charged is definitively untrue and inappropriate. If Ba’Sia does not like her job or some of her customers, she should probably work somewhere else in some other line of work besides customer facing service.

Arrived at 8:15pm and was told we could order a drink but they were closing. Kitchen was already closed. Bartender was rude! Turned dozens of people away. After looking online, it says they close at 9. I guess he changed the closing time. First photo was 8:37pm and second was 8:46pm.

Came here Sunday evening before my flight, older gentleman was bartending and was extremely rude. Went to the counter, was ignored for 10+ minutes and he asked if I had questions and when I said I wanted to order a drink he informed me “no we’re closed, thank god” and dismissed me as well as others. Poor customer service. There’s way better ways to inform someone you’re closed

The beers are great, but the food and service are undesirable. Probably the worst wings I have ever had, I stopped in the middle of each, as it seemed the rest was still frozen.
Yesterday my wife and me prepare for a long travel but we don't have time for have a dinner in other place, so we decide take something quick from this store, we take some food from the fridge, a chicken wrap and 2 drinks, we proceed to pay and the guy call Jason was very rude, when we going to pay my wife ask if he can remove one of the drinks because we are little hurry to boarding, and he made disagreed expresions and he charge anyway the 2 drinks, and he treated the other costumer the same way, i don't know how they allow to work a person work in this place if he his attention is really bad and his aptitud are worst, i don't eat again on this place and i don't recommend stop on here, this place is expensive and the attention is bad 0 stars on everything

The drinks/menu seemed to be very overpriced but I knew that would be the case since it’s at an airport. However, the guy bartender was super rude and arrogant. The lady bartender working with him seemed nice though. The guy they have working here (I think his name is Jason) was snippy with not only me but many other customers. Don’t ask him any questions because I guess he thinks everyone should already have all the answers. His body language and facial expressions were rude in itself. Now the location was very convenient, but honestly don’t waste your time and money and just walk to another drink/food spot.

Decent beer and a great location. Worth making a trip over to kill a couple hour layover, but probably not a place you’d want to have several rounds. They have a captive audience and they know it. At $13 for a 14oz beer, it’s borderline robbery.
