The frustration I have with this place is beyond unreal. When it comes to online ordering they tend to always drop the ball. They gave away my order to someone else and refused to pick up the phone. And then all of a sudden are “closed” in the middle of the day. How are you closed at 11:30am right after giving away my order? No one ever picks up the phone when you call. Good food but the customer service tends to be a miss. Which is why I tend to not order as often as I used to.
Not everyone has the time or the luxury of a 1 hour lunch break. Please get your online order process together. Highly frustrating to be on the way to pick up your lunch only to receive a notification that it has already been picked up.

Terrible service. Attempted to call in an order at 7:40pm. No one answered. I walked in the establishment at 7:45 and was told they close in 5 minutes. While people are dining in. Change your hours because that is ridiculous and uncalled for.

First time experiencing Noda Market and Deli! Read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. And glad we did! Got the Turkey sandwich and Philly steak, both done well. Minus a couple minor things, overall nice first time. Friendly service and good food is what we got and we appreciate it! Definitely try this place!
