I was here during lunch time and it was empty. There were several pickups for takeout. I had the Pad Thai, it was just average. The food was hot and fresh. I would try it again, just something else.
I discovered that my order was missing from the bag upon returning to work after placing it. I called the store to speak with a manager, who informed me that they had my order, but I would need to return to the store to retrieve it. The manager also mentioned that a refund would only be possible if I returned to the store. I suggested a more convenient solution, proposing that they refund me and remake the order, considering that returning to the store would require over 20 minutes of driving time and additional expenses. This approach seems inefficient.
We had take out. Food was tasty but hardly any meat in the dishes. Unfortunately won’t be back
If you are going to eat or buy to go and pay by card, check your account. They charged me 105. The order was 34 dollars.
Customer service was OUTSTANDING
First time to Noodles & Co! Very impressed with the overall experience. Clean atmosphere, over the top friendly service (Trinity) and the food was amazing. I tried the Pad Thai with chicken. This is the small but was enough for me. Thank you to your wonderful staff and look forward to returning soon!
Everything was perfect!

So it’s me again folks. That’s right, the Charlotte hood critic. I’m here for the first time. I’m ready to run it all down. First I ordered dine in. I tried the chicken noodle soup which wasn’t anything special. I also ordered a side salad. And by the picture you can see it’s so small that it needed to be put aside. No cucumber or tomatoes or onions. Just lettuce with some Parmesan cheese powder and croutons. The soup needed some surgery. And the chicken in the soup was too big. It needed to be cut better. It’s almost big enough to make a sandwich. I’ll try something else next time I’m around here. This was a 10 dollar snack and not a meal. Highly disappointed. The website shows it looking so good but it’s missing ingredients from the pic on the website. Go figure. Noodles were undercooked as well. Chicken is quite dry as well. Not likely to be a repeat customer. And not really anyone in here any way as customers, so this is a factor as well. I think the best items here was the fountain drink and the napkins. Major dissatisfaction. Not even dressing for the salad. I tried a barbecue balsamic sauce for the tiny salad. This was not filling at all. So toodles noodles.

Lady who took my order was on a Group FaceTime call with AirPods in and would stop listening to my order to laugh and talk with her friends. Which led to stating my order 4 different times for 1 thing and it coming out wrong. Not professional. Also walking around loudly talking on the phone while others are standing in line to order.

Went here to have dinner & our meal was wrong & cold & took 45 mins to get. When asked to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude & nasty, even calling us names. I'm extremely disappointed. I will NEVER GO BACK !!!

My mom and I stopped here for dinner on our way to our hotel and this was a great spot! The food was very filling and the server we had was amazing! This was a cute family friendly spot. I saw families, work meetings, and travelers (me and my mom). The environment was very homey!
Dietary restrictions: I couldn’t have dairy and the waitress helped me find some options! For sushi and the noodles!
Kid-friendliness: I noticed Wreck-it-Ralph being played and kids doodling on mats!

I ordered a penne fresca with parm chickem the cashier was extremely rude she was working with airpods in so she couldnt hear anything she repeatedly continued to walk away in the middle of the transaction when my food was ready she set it on the shelf and didnt even communicate that the food was ready. the general manager did nothing to resolve this issue he also left my chicken off my dish. Ive been coming to this place for years as a little girl all the way up to a grown woman but the management has changed and they are extremely rude this is NOT the first time but this is my last time spending money with this location . DO NOT GO HERE
