Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Nice little place.
Went for the first time today, and it was swell! The workers were really nice and very quick with my order.
However, it is a bit overpriced but I would it say it is quite worth it, and I WOULD recommend it to others!
I will definitely be coming back soon!! 👍😀

Good drinks, but the workers are NEVER kind. Never greet you, never talk kindly, act like they don’t even see you until they are ready to pause their personal conversations to take your order and even then they act like your a huge inconvenience

The coffee is average but the work space is very dirty. Coffee is all over the counter and they put your cup right in it. Please consider to have a towel to wipe down your work space.

If you hate your job, just quit. The person taking our order was so rude. And acted like they had better things to do and better places to be. Felt like we were a bother for ordering a simple drink. We asked how their seasonal drink was and they just had so much attitude that was not warranted by anything. Disappointing experience

First off the prices are pretty high for what you’re getting. almost $7 for a 16 oz latte is a little over priced. but when you don’t even fill the cups all the way it feels like a rip off. at the very least you should expect them to be filled up. the drinks are ok, but kinda just taste like a generic, at home nespresso drink. too heavy on the sweetener. the cafe itself is very pretty and inviting but other than that i just cant recommend the location.

It’s one thing to have one person working but when you’re card reader isn’t working and you don’t say anything at all it’s very inconsiderate to those who have been waiting in like for ten minutes. And when I mentioned it there was no apology. At least have some consideration.

Slow service

You absolutely have to eat at the cafe upstairs next to women’s clothing!!! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING I’ve ever ordered here has been top knoch, food takes a second to get to you so order ahead of time if you’re in a rush. The French dip or any pasta dish as INCREDIBLE!!

Every single time I go here and order a drink the staff here is incredibly lazy and shuts down all the equipment so they are unable to make the beverage of my choice. This has happened more than one occasion. Whether it's to make the frozen drinks or a drink that's made with espresso.
EVERY SINGLE TIME. NEVER GOING AGAIN

I arrived here at 7:00 on a Friday evening before shopping. I ordered a mocha ice storm. The young man working states he couldn’t make one because he shuts off ice blenders at 7:00. I asked why are machines shut down an entire hour before closing? To which he just shrugged his shoulders. Terrible service.
