The chicken stank, literally. While at Southark Mail, my daughter was in a mood for an asian food, so we bought from Nori Japan. My daughter ordered chicken and noodles, and the chicken has the foul smell. I let the people at the counter know, and they were telling me ‘it is fresh.’ No. Not fresh. Smelled really bad and my daughter did not eat it. Will never order from them again.

I waited 15 minutes for one roll of sushi. The staff were very confused about everything. It was also confusing on where to pick up the food. The food tasted like standard sushi but it wasnt worth all the trouble

Ordered the chef special to get a drink and spring rolls. The guy gives me my food with spring rolls and then goes to tell me I didn’t order the chef special and refused to give me my drink, showed him my receipt and was told he couldn’t give me the drink, unacceptable as I paid for a special and only was given the food and not the drink. Stay away as they lie and cheat you out of food and refuse to give you a refund.

This food was absolutely horrible. The chicken was so over cooked and in such small bits it was disgusting. They had a pile of chicken and vegetables on the side of the grill in which they reheated for my dinner on a Friday evening. There were other customers so I know it didn’t sit there long but still it was disgusting and overcooked. If you think this is the place to get your yummy hibachi chicken and noodles w/ veggies….thing again. They should cook it fresh and with actual chunks of chicken.

Since this restaurant has reopened as Nori, the quality has gone down a lot! The chicken is always over cooked and dry, the teriyaki sauce is watery and the paper boxes that they are using fall apart.

Today on my way home from North Carolina I stopped by this mall I was hungry and I wanted Japanese atleast I was able to find this place.Staff was nice and sushi was good.

Went there a week ago with my family and was absolutely disgusted by the customer service. One of the cooks spoke with another colleague and seemed to be asserting I did not pay for all of my meals. Additionally, I did not get the drink that comes with one of my meals. Rest assured if I am ever in North Carolina again, this company would not even get a dime from me.
