As a regular guest who considers North Italia a go-to spot, my visit yesterday afternoon was deeply disappointing and stands in stark contrast to the consistent quality I've come to expect. Arriving around 3:30 PM, we understood there might be a shift change, but the operational breakdown we experienced was unacceptable. We ordered three straightforward items: the avocado & arugula salad with blackened chicken, the honey prosciutto pizza, and an eggplant Parmesan sandwich. The issues were visible and frustrating. We watched as the finished salad was moved around the kitchen, languishing for about 10 minutes before finally being brought to our table. Similarly, the completed pizza was left sitting at the edge of the oven instead of being served. When we inquired about the delay, the manager was dismissive, explaining they wanted to serve all items at once a policy that makes no sense when food is ready and deteriorating in quality. By the time we insisted on receiving the waiting items, the pizza was cold. The chicken on the salad was overcooked and rubbery. To add to the experience, our Sprite was flat. The one saving grace was our server, Jonathan. He handled the situation with genuine professionalism and grace, and promptly had the cold pizza remade. The only item that arrived warm and properly prepared was the eggplant Parmesan sandwich. While I believe this was an anomalous breakdown, the poor management of the kitchen flow and the dismissive response from management significantly marred the experience. I hope this feedback reaches the right people, as this location has always been a favorite. Thanks to Jonathan for his excellent service in attempting to mitigate a poorly executed shift.

Overall wonderful experience. Our second visit. Food was plentiful and delicious. We had the chicken parm, braised short ribs, kale salad, a pizza, calamari, and some bread as an appetizer. Old-fashioned was delicious as well as the espresso and ice cream. The staff kindly celebrated son's birthday. They validate for parking at the parking garage next-door. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great vibe and menu. My food came out like warm after waiting a bit for it. Someone else in our party salmon came out mostly raw. It was a busy night and I think this might have just been a miss for us.

Lovely food, I got the lobster mazzaluna and my boyfriend got the tortellini, we both loved our entrees. i also got a peach raspberry drink that was delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful and we devoured our brownie sundae!

Ambiance overall pretty pleasant though the music made it somewhat noisy and challenging to hold a conversation on the night we visited. We'd definitely stop back as sometimes places have an off night.

We arrived very early for our reservation but were able to be seated quickly. The music was so loud it drowned out the conversation. Nice bathroom! Lovely inside decor and set up! We didn't eat outside, but that is also an option. The service was great- loved our waitress! The food was yummy. Could've used a balsamic drizzle on the margarita pizza. The pasta was tasty and abundant.
