Was seated 30 mins after our reservation time. Sat 3 of us at a table for 10. Appetizers were cold. Sent back. Arrived same time as our meal. Wrong salad was served. Reordered salad — came back drenched in dressing, couldn't even finish . Chicken Parm was overcooked. Bolognese noodles were warm, not hot. Was served by at least 3-4 different staff, and then a completely different person sent to close our tab. Management didn't really respond to our concerns, and compensated...
We had a wonderful evening at North Italia celebrating my brother’s engagement with the family. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone left full and overjoyed. It couldn’t have been a more perfect night.
