I was in the area and decided to stop and do some work at the cafe. Best decision I made. I loved the floor concept, the opened door to the outside door seating area was perfect. The food was tasty and the coffee was good. I wish I lived near by to come more often. This is definitely a place I will be visiting again and recommending.

will was the most astonishing employee i’ve ever met in my life, i walked in and he gave me the biggest smile and asked me how he can make my day better with his amazing barista skills. while he made my 205° hot americano, he sang radiohead and it blessed my ears and soul. i love jay street with every bone in my body, but i dare say i think i love will just a little more.

I visited on Sunday, 12/1, as a first-time customer. I ordered an iced cold brew, but nearly 20 minutes passed, and my order still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, others who arrived after me received their drinks almost immediately. When I inquired about my order, there was no apology, no offer of a refund, and I still had to wait an additional five minutes. I can't say I'll be returning, because the overall experience was lackluster.
