The matcha and breakfast sandwich were both good, but the service was terrible. The workers looked like they didn’t care about their jobs and acted rude the whole time and rolled their eyes. It completely ruined the experience. The food and drinks have potential, but the staff seriously need to be replaced or retrained.

Service is terrible unless one specific manager is on duty. The kids behind the counter would rather talk to their friends than take your order or make a coffee. It takes 10+ minutes for them to make one drink, and it will always have coffee grounds floating in it. Spend your $7 elsewhere; this overpriced coffee isn't even drinkable.

first time visiting this location and OMG y’all. the oat milk lattes were amazing as usual- smooth & delicious caramel. but yall the avocado toast was, i kid you not, the best j have ever had. perfect portion, perfect flavor. the pickled onions & the olive oil omg. i went back for seconds. i will be dreaming of this toast every night

I am super bummed because I LOVE the coffee amd food items here. I have never had something I didn't love. The reason it gets a low rating from me is because it is a gaint space with lots of room to gather, work, or just hang out, but because of the set up... it was super loud. You couldn't hear the barista calling drink orders and you couldn't talk with the person next to you without having to talk super loud. There also was no sense of urgency by the barista. It felt like they were just poking along... I am sure they are worn out on a busy Saturday, but I would not recommend this place for a grab and go if youre in a rush.

Food was great, service was great and seating was plentiful. The coffee shop was busy, but the line to order moved quickly and there was not a long wait for my food or beverage. A variety of good seating to accommodate the numbers. My only complaint was the music was fairly loud and acoustics were tough to combat while having a conversation. Outside may have been better for this reason and it would have been a tough place to pop in to work due to noise. But overall experience was very enjoyable!
