They charged for ice. Felt like I was in the commercial that pranked people for charging for ice but this was real. Terrible rooftop views, terrible service, and extremely high prices and unrealistic charges.

So it started off bad when the hostess rolled her eyes when I said we would just sit at the bar. They have no draft beer, and only 2 types of domestics. So rather than be rude and leave because they had no beer we liked. ( only craft beer was IPAs) we ordered 2 Modelos. The beer was warm and $8 each for bottled beer. To add insult to injury the tip is included at 20% whether you like it or not, or whether or not the service was good. No Thanks, I'll go elsewhere.Since this review I paid and didn't get any change back, not even asked if I want my change.

Loved the rooftop atmosphere although not the best rooftop view of the city. Drinks were great and food was better than expected. Best brussle sprouts in the city!

It's one of my favorite places to go for a rooftop. I like the drinks and atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday. They offered a wide variety of beverages, cocktails, and drinks, but not as many food options. The waiter was okay, but we got charged extra for two glasses of wine, which added up to almost $100 extra on our bill after the mandatory tip. We spoke to the manager and they removed the extra charge.”

This was a great experience but would like to note that if you’re looking for a full restaurant experience this isn’t that. They only serve you small portions and it’s actually more about the drinks and the view. The view really is great and it’s a great experience overall. You do have to pay $30 to park but the parking isn’t far from the elevators. All in all considering the prices and that it’s a bar and lounge, it’s worth it and you should check it out sometime.PS they do have a really delicious chocolate dessert.Parking: There was plenty of parking when we got there but you have to make sure you follow Nuvole signs all the way to their section.

Charcuterie board was abysmal and cost like a billion dollars... we got 2 mocktails, a Charcuterie board, and sliders and bill was $140... the terrace had a good view from the right places, but not everywhere.. so if you get a reservation be sure to mention you want a good view I guess. Overrated in my opinion. Next time, we'll just get Wendy's and drive to the top of a tall parking garage...

Tasty cocktails with groovy dj and romantic views. Ask about cost of drinks if not listed as we were a bit surprised at some prices. Spacious and comfortable seating!

The drinks were overpriced for the quality...we're from downtown Chicago and are no strangers to $20 something drinks, but at least they're quality. Both drinks were way too sweet and one had way too much lemon. We ordered two manhattans after, since they're relatively straight forward and hard to mess up. One of them came literally with an ounce less than the other one. It didn't taste like the right vermouth was used? Maybe dry instead of sweet. And it was $23 for manhattans we could have gotten from a super dive bar. No garnish either. Just doesn't seem like there is attention to detail. Ended up going to Aster's and those were quality for $16

On a double date, we chose to dine at Nuvole. The atmosphere is amazing. The menu online looked great but when we arrived, some of the items weren’t available and there was a wait for certain menu items BUT Jadera was very accommodating and helped us out. She spoke with the manager and they were sweet and covered our drinks and a dessert. I will come back and check it out another time.
