Friendsgiving 2025 :) Our party of 10 had a 6:45pm Saturday reservation and was seated right away. April was an amazing server; attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. The food was excellent, drinks yummy, pre-bussing was seamless, and the food runners were helpful. You could really feel the teamwork and we felt taken care of from start to finish. The chef even stopped by our table, and his steak was impeccable. Can’t wait to go back!

Truly enjoyed my second time at Oak Steakhouse! Myself and a group of 9 friends were out celebrating life accomplishments. Ms. April was friendly, attentive, and is clearly an experienced server. Ask for her when you visit. The table agreed the best side is the brussel sprouts! Fave appetizer was the crab cake! No complaints with any of the dishes.
I appreciate that Oak is not overcrowded and provides an intimate setting. Dim lighting and light laughter from people enjoying a night out. My kind of restaurant! Will be visiting again.

We went to Oak steakhouse for a birthday. I made reservations and the restaurant followed up with me about the birthday 5 days ahead of the date. When we walked in, they greet us by name. They wish us happy birthday and there is a card at the table. Food is absolutely delicious. Services is seamless and fantastic. The attention to detail and quality of food is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Service was top notch, our server was attentive and had great wine suggestion. The food and pacing was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, they made our meal amazing and memorable! Second time for special occasion dining, and we will absolutely return. Top 5 in the city for sure, all around.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary at Oak Steakhouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our evening. Kevin, the manager, went above and beyond by visiting our table several times and even sharing fun facts from the year we got married — such a thoughtful touch!
The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, delicious Brussels sprouts, and flavorful potatoes. The cocktails were top-notch as well; the smoked Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve ever had. We finished the evening with a decadent chocolate tart and French press coffee — the perfect ending to a perfect meal.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Tables were nicely spaced, the relaxing jazz music added to the ambiance, and while the restaurant had a lively energy, it was still easy to hold a conversation without feeling crowded.
Having dined at numerous fine dining restaurants in Charlotte, Oak Steakhouse has quickly become our favorite after just one visit.

Ken, the manager also provided exceptional service. There were a few small issues with our order, but he handled everything with such professionalism and care that it actually made the experience even more enjoyable.
I was celebrating my birthday and appreciated the personalized card waiting for me at the table. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the evening feel extra special.
