Let me tell you, this restaurant never disappoints. We just had our anniversary dinner here, and restaurant reached out to me beforehand to ask a little bit about us. When we arrived they handed us a small anniversary gift. Who does that?! The thoughtfulness and attention to detail just goes the longest way to always put this place on our special occasions list. The drinks were delicious. I had the old fashion with duck fat washed bourbon that was soooo smooth. We had some tasty oyster Rockefeller. Then steaks. Everything was on point, the service was fantastic and I can't recommend this place enough.

We had Easter Brunch here this year and it was absolutely perfect! We had Oysters Rockefeller, and Salmon Carpaccio for appetizers. I had the Benedict with Brussels and my husband had the Croche Madame. Both were perfectly prepared. Stuart took great care of us and we’ll be back asap.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies on the menu!!Parking: Parking deck directly beside restaurant.Kid-friendliness: If your kid knows how to stay in their chair, this is a super kid friendly spot!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed by wheelchair.

We went to Oak to celebrate my wife's birthday. Our server and his chef (Ben and Omar, I think? Sorry if I've misremembered) took every opportunity to make the evening memorable. I don't know that I've been to a restaurant that cares so much about guest experience. Beyond outstanding service, everything we ordered (and a few things we didn't!) was perfect and absolutely delicious. Thanks so much for a great evening.

Everything was 10/10.!!! All across the board .!!!! We drove almost 3 hours to come and experience this amazing , time . Definitely made our anniversary special ….. we will return .
From the moment we were seated until the end, our dining experience was fantastic. Stuart made us feel right at home. We were celebrating our anniversary and the extra effort to make it special was appreciated. Steaks were cooked to perfection, drinks were balanced and the sides were delicious. Oh and the music in the dining room was upbeat but not obnoxiously loud. Perfect night!

Great place to grab drinks or dinner. The most friendly serves and bartender. Always make it a point to stop in when in Charlotte.
Fabulous steak, service, atmosphere. Recommend highly. Free parking. They use a propane torch to melt the 6 different butters options on top of the steak.

Let's start the review off by saying a waste of time gas and energy. This place was horrible literally everything was flavorless including the tea the only thing that had flavor was the complementary bread. The service was horrible they gave us a pre signed card that was incorrect it said happy birthday we were celebrating an anniversary! We told them that we didn't like the food the waiter was being so rude to us and trying to breakdown how the food is cooked, he told us that he wanted us to take the food home because it would have been a waste and thrown in the trash I advice him by all means throw it away. This restaurant is VERY OVERRATED if you like flavorless food definitely come here! I would never in a million years recommend eating here to any friends or family it's to expensive for the lack of service and food. -0 out of 10!

1st time dining at the Oak Steakhouse and I must say they did not disappoint. The food was amazing as well as the service. April was our waitress she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I would also like to point out that everyone that checked on our table was amazing. If you are in the area or are looking for a place for date night the Oak Steakhouse is most definitely a go to. Will be going back!!
From start to finish - perfection. Everything was amazing, including our server, Debbie. The managers checked in on us multiple times and created the most romantic atmosphere for our anniversary. All of the food we ate was phenomenal but a couple of items stood out to me. The Tartare and the mushrooms were out of this world - a definite MUST when dining here. We also loved the tomahawk ribeye and the scallops. They gifted us a few items and we were so grateful! It was the greatest dining experience we have ever had. Thank you to the staff and chef and we look forward to coming here again.
