Soo when are you opening back up??
Drove over an hour to find out that they were out of the Taiyaki fish and completely out of ube ice cream. They literally said they only make a specific batch and by Sundays they always run out.. so why not make bigger batches that will last through Sunday?!?? That is the dumbest business strategy ever. On top of that, they bribe clients to leave positive reviews by giving them free ice cream.. that’s against Google policy…

Extremely disappointed! My daughter got two Boba teas for her and her sister. When we got home, the unopened one fell out of the car and exploded all over my garage. While I realize that is not their fault, I literally got right back in the car and drove the cracked bottom (but still sealed on top) 1/4 Boba back to OchaTea to ask if they would replace it. They said they would still have to charge me for a new one. how’s that for customer service!!??

Wonderful place with good drinks and good prices. Hang out with the girls for a good diner with spicy beef noodles and ube ice cream. MayLin is exceptionally generous and friendly. My family really had a great time.

The taste of your products are addicting but when you order it through Uber eats you get some questionable items some be in the bag and some be open so idk 🤷🏻♀️ products don’t be damaged so I guess we are okay
Great service. They work both this ice cream spot and the fu spot next door. Once again, they made my experience wonderful.
