O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We usually enjoy O'Charleys, but it was an off night for them last night. Our waittress tried, but didn't remember to come back and check on us after she dropped off the check, then forgot several things we asked for. The rolls are awesome as usual, the chicken salad and southwest sirloin were ok. We will probably go to another location and try them out next time.

I called this place for over 30 minutes to place An online order, no one ever answers. So since I was in the area and hungry, I came in. I waited at the bar for at least 35minutes to speak to a manager. No one showed. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Better off going to McDonald's.

The staff was really nice and I ended up with the biggest piece of fish I have ever had. I mean this tilapia was easily twice the size of any filet I've cooked at home so three times the size any other restaurant has given me. I don't know if this is a usual thing because we were first timers. Can't wait to go back and see.

I used to love eating here but my Mother's Birthday on October 7, 2017. It was very crowded our waitress was flirting with a man at another table and dropped all our drinks on my Mother and our family friend. Our table was soaked my Mother was the most drenched, our family friend was Semi wet and I wasn't at all because I was wearing a long skirt. Our waitress gave us another table and apologized but didn't give my Mother a towel, refund or refill of our spilled drinks, a refund or give us a free meal. I had to get a little wet to switch tables. My Mother was very upset and embarrassed wet and cold the whole time and I was angry especially when we got our food. I ordered a steak that was completely raw and Fried Green Tomatoes that slid out the breading, my Mother ordered Crab Cakes and Corn Chowder it was disgusted. Customer service was terrible and so was the food. The next time we come here it will be on a day it's not crowded.

This is an iteration of a chain restaurant that's made awesome by the people that work there. The food is good, as you'd expect, but not amazing. I frequent this place for their people. If you ask me, sit at the bar, and chat the place up. Especially the waitstaff. They can be hilarious, if you're cool with them. The management is engaged with the clientele, the servers are generally awesome, the food is consistently good... Try the chicken tenders appetizer with the honey mustard dip, and a nice IPA to round it out. I only give it four stars because it's not on par with a Double Eagle Steakhouse or similar. But I definitely enjoy dining here, and I think you will too!
